We had a sweet, valentine's visit today at the nursing home where our dear friend Effie resides. Kiddo ( Ranger great grandson) and Sienna, waiting to fly to Scotland, brought lots of smiles to all the ladies at the valentine gathering:)

We retired the amazing Caper this year and did a final litter with him. There is a Caper clone in the litter, Cabot, that we would like to add to our guardian program. Check out the page on the website and let me know if you would like more info on Cabot.
He will be about 30 lbs, and is ready for his new family in a couple of weeks.

A chart to post... dogs need real food and a little kibble:) Raw foods are very safe if stored well. Avacado seed is the issue but an over all general guide for safe foods for dogs.

It’s pumpkin season! 🎃 Don’t throw these beauties out after Halloween, recycle them into your dog’s dish! 🐶

After removing the seeds, steam or bake your pumpkin until the flesh is soft, scoop out the flesh and freeze in ice cube trays to use all winter!

(If you buy canned pumpkin to feed to your pets, make sure to only buy 100% pumpkin -preferably organic- NOT pie filling, which can cause GI problems).

It's pretty rare but every once in awhile we get a puppy with a light shedding coat. Rooster is 4 months old, adorable, fun and loved by his family but the last week or so the light shedding has affect his family's mom. Rooster is looking for a new family to love him. He is a reduced price so that we can find him a new family asap. Email me at [email protected] for more info on choosing Rooster to join your family. He is a comical, loyal companion:) He would make an ideal puppy as a companion to a family with exciting dog or on his own.
