Client reviews don't start because they decide to write one, they start when we give them a reason to! That's what makes navigating client reviews an Everybody Job! Join us to understand how every single team member has a role in client reviews and feedback during our December TEAM session. We'll identify ways that you can set yourselves up for success when it comes to client feedback, encourage turning clients into Ambassadors, and appropriately and strategically support clients who raise concerns. If you work on a veterinary team, then you cannot afford to miss this session. We want to minimize the negative, and maximize the positive - so let's collaborate and achieve that goal!

We’ve all felt the high of a positive review, and the frustration that often comes with negative ones. What we don’t often think about is how every single person in the practice can influence a clients’ decision to write a review – for better or worse! Join us for our December TEAM session as we discuss client reviews, from why they matter, what our roles are, how we can appropriately drive them, to how to respond (ensuring a positive impact, even when the review isn’t favourable!). What an incredible weekend at the ICCVM Conference!
Vet Alliance was a sponsor at this inspiring event, giving our Director of Business Development, Jen Heron, an opportunity to connect with many international researchers, educators and veterinary team members of all roles - professionals passionate about communication within the veterinary industry.
Vet Alliance was well-represented as our National Director, Engagement and Practice Services, Senani Ratnayake, was participating as an invited ICCVM speaker! She had an amazing time sharing insights during her “What’s in it for Me? Communication That Secures Compliance” workshop. As a third-time speaker at ICCVM, she most enjoyed the opportunity to hear directly from veterinary communication researchers who are proving, through their work, the importance of ours!
It’s always a pleasure to be surrounded by fellow communication enthusiasts and professionals who are dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation. As we remember those who sacrificed for peace, we’re reminded that the true cost of war is felt by many—by families, communities, and all living beings. In this moment, we pause to reflect on the importance of empathy, understanding, and working toward a future where peace and safety are within reach for all.
We honour the past, care for the present, and hope for a future where no one has to serve in conflict again.

That's a Wrap! We love collaborating with our industry partners. Huge thanks to Royal Canin - Dr. Andrée-Anne Blanchet and Tara Kemp - for inviting Dr. Shona Kowtecky and RVT Senani Ratnayake to participate in a panel discussion to talk about all things dermatology. With the launch of their new foods, it was fun to be able to talk about medicine, communication, compliance, and everything in between. Exploring best practices around this topic was a wonderful way to spend the evening.
