Starting Friday January 24th and running for 4 weeks.
6:15-6:45pm Kinder-puppy class (6months and younger) $50. We will work on basic commands (sit, lie down, leash walking, manners, jumping up, recall) while setting the foundations for the dog-owner bond

7:00-7:45 Dog FUNdamentals (7months +) $75
We will work on basic commands and throw in a few tricks as well! All while building our bonds with our dogs.

Location: 38 Bradbrooke Dr (Yorkton Victory Church) please use the North door entrance
Once signed up, an email will be sent with class information.

Kinder-pup and Dog FUNdamentals is a wrap! We had so much fun in both classes and both dogs and owners did so well in their training, everyone should be proud of their pups 🐶

Snuffle mats! I make them and sell at a reasonable price so your pup can sniff and find yummy treats or even their kibble. It's a great way to engage their noses and help calm them. Snuffle mats are also good for building confidence and some dogs get tired after a good sniff. If you want one, message me for further details! I can usually do custom made ones with your choice of color. They measure 8in X 13in

🐕📣Yorkton and area! We are gearing up for our next dog class! Starting Friday April 12 at 7pm is Dog FUNdamentals. This is running for 4 weeks. Not only will we be building on the basic commands but adding a bit more fun into training. I'm keeping my $50 introductory fee. Reserve your spot now as space is limited!

Positive reinforcement. It has been around since the early 20th century, but has just recently gained momentum in the last 20 years. It is used on big and small animals alike, across animal species, and has great success in getting results.
Here are some highlights why positive reinforcement is my chosen way of training:
🐕 Reward the good, ignore the bad
🐕 Dogs will start to think about their actions and try different behaviors to get rewards
🐕 Dog-owner bond is strengthened
🐕 Great mental exercise
🐕 Dogs not only learn what not to do, but also learn what you expect in situations
🐕 Dogs will start to look forward to training, and who doesn't want that?
