I had posted on Wednesday of a dog out by the highway that was eating in the snow and it has since been hit and is laying on the West side of the highway.. I had called the highway patrol to go Check on it to see if it was someone's pet or able to be retrieved, they obviously were unable to get it. They are now going to go retrieve the body and see if it's chipped.
