Casa Paira is a charming Chalet in the quiet residential area Laax-Cons. The private house is surrounded by a large garden with heaps of space for outside time in a safe surrounding. The spacious driveway offers parking for up to 4 cars. The house has 3 levels with a total of 4 bedrooms. th rooms with access from the living room in the middle level. And lastly there is another twin room on the ground floor. A total of 3 bathrooms, one on each floor and each with toilet and shower, ensures a comfortable stay. In addition there is a sauna that is free to be used. An extra towel per person for the sauna is provided. The open plan living room with fire place has direct access to the backyard, and in the front to a balcony with wonderful sunny views. TV and WiFi are available and free of charge. The kitchen is well equipped for family cooking: baking oven, 3 ceramic cooking fields, dishwasher and a fridge with integrated freezer compartment. In addition there are several appliances like a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and cheese fondue- and Raclette-set. Iron and a two hairdryers are also at your disposal. The use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is included. The garage can be used to park a (small) car but is mainly for storing sporting equipment like skis/snowboard and boots, sledges, bikes and the likes
Smoking is prohibited throughout and it is not allowed to bring along pets. Ancillary expenses like heating, power and water and is included in the final price. Also included is bed linen and towels, final cleaning as well as all taxes and VAT. There is a shuttle bus stop only a few minutes walk away (75m distance), connecting you to the starting point for a wide range of Summer and Winter activities and shopping. During the Winter season the ski shuttle stops only a few steps from the house and brings you to the lift station in less than 5 minutes. The village of Laax is a few minutes walk in the opposite direction (1km). The swimming lake and playground offers great fun in Summer and in Winter there is a beginners ski lift (children) and, if cold enough, an ice field. In the village you also find a grocery store, cash machine, post office and a public indoor swimming pool.
