Maimo Foundation in 16th Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.
Maimo Foundation actively participated in the 16th days of activism against gender-based violence organized by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and the Family (MINPROFF) at the MINPROFF Hall located in Bonanjo. The event aimed to raise awareness about violence against women (VAW) and gender-based violence (GBV), explore mechanisms and circuits for caring for victims, and promote positive masculinity.

The event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including government officials, civil society organizations, and community members. Over 50 persons were present, demonstrating the strong commitment to the fight against VAW and GBV in Cameroon.
The 16th days of activism against gender-based violence is an important opportunity to raise awareness and mobilize action to end VAW and GBV. Maimo Foundation is proud to participate in these efforts and contribute to a more just and equitable society for all.
