It’s you & me now, Centaure 🍀

I have experienced deep meditations and breath works lately. All of the horses in my life came to me as well as the ones not on this Earth anymore.

The message they told me is :

« I release you, I set you free and now your path continues on with Him. He is your guide. He is your Wisdom. He is your Teacher. You are guided & protected. You are powerful manifestors ».

And this is… our beginning 🤍

J’ai fait beaucoup de méditations et d’exercices de méditation dernièrement et tous les chevaux dans ma vie, incluant ceux au Ciel m’ont délivré ce message :

« Je te libère, tu es libre, je suis libre et en paix et ton chemin continue avec Lui. Il est ton guide. Il est ton professeur. Tu es guidée et protégée. Vous êtes de puissants manifesteurs ».

Et c’est ici… que l’histoire commence 🤍

My trust game with Beauty 🦋

Beauty has been heavily traumatized in the past and he is very reactive when you put your hands behind his shoulders (back, belly, etc).

During his daily care and shower time, we have a little game between each other. He puts his head near me during the whole process, putting me in a vulnerable place where he could literally bite me if he wanted to but I’m also putting him in that space because I could hurt him.

We look into each other’s eyes and we go through this vulnerable experience of going beyond our traumas and fears. If at any point it’s too much for him, he will put his lips on my skin just as a reminder for me to go slower.

And this is how, everyday, steps by steps, we heal each other 💙

It is so important to give our horses the space they need during care time. They know their bodies very well - how do you want them to show you where the work needs to be done if they are tied up to a rope and can’t even move ?

Let’s make these caring times more bonding and enjoyable for both sides and I promise that this is where a lot of magic will happen 🙏🏻

Mon jeu de confiance avec Beauty 🦋

Beauty, comme beaucoup de chevaux, a été fortement traumatisé par le passé et est assez réactif quand on touche son corps à partir des épaules.

Pendant que je m’occupe de lui le matin, on a installé un petit jeu de confiance entre nous. Quand je lui fais sa do**he, il tourne sa tête vers moi, me mettant dans une position assez vulnérable car à tout moment il pourrait me mordre, mais c’est ça manière à lui de me faire comprendre dans quelle situation vulnérable je le mets lui aussi. Nous sommes donc 2 au même niveau.

Je le regarde dans les yeux et on s’entraide tous les 2 a vaincre nos peurs et traumatismes pendant cette expérience vulnérable. Si à un moment donné cela devient trop intense pour lui, il met sa bouche sur mon bras et c’est mon signal pour soit aller plus doucement, soit faire une pause.

Et voilà comment chaque jour, on avance ensembles vers le chemin de la confiance et de la guérison 💙

My relationship with Amare is very special 🦋 We are very similar.

Him and I have been, since very young, in presence of manipulative and narcissistic energies.

Horses have defined this toxic energy as venom. His skin was heavily damaged by it.

Amare and I both have a high tolerance to venom because of our exposure to it however one day he told me ´venom might have infiltrated your body and you might feel it very heavily sometimes, however your heart is pure and it can never be touched’.

On this picture, this is me every morning taking care of him and his skin. His head is heavy on my shoulder, he is showing me how heavy it has been for him. But now he is in a different space, I see him, I understand him, and we heal each other 💜

La relation entre Amare et moi est très spéciale, on a beaucoup de choses en commun 🦋

Lui comme moi, nous avons été confrontés très jeunes à des énergies manipulatrices et narcissiques.

Les chevaux définissent ces énergies comme du venin, et on peut remarquer l’impact de celui-ci sur la peau d’Amare qui est fortement endommagée.

Amare et moi avons une tolérance très élevée à ce venin de par notre passé mais un jour il m’a dit : ´le venin a sûrement infiltré notre corps mais il ne touchera jamais notre cœur car celui-ci est pur et ne finira jamais de briller’.

Sur cette photo, c’est moi chaque matin qui prend soin de lui et de sa peau. Il pose sa tête, lourde sur mon épaule pour me faire ressentir sa peine, sa douleur.

Mais aujourd’hui c’est différent car il peut enfin être lui même. Je prends soin de lui, je le vois, je l’écoute. Et on s’entraide pour guérir 💜

2024 inspired by Horses 🐴🤎

Being able to deeply connect with horses on another level has been one of my biggest gift in 2023 ✨

Horses are helping me be more intentional in everything I do, they help me empower strength and resilience and they also teach me pure communication and true leadership.

These are key values and teachings from the horses I want to implement more in 2024.

Allowing myself to empower my truest and most authentic nature. Asking to receive. Intentionally take actions or rest. Communicate with clarity. Lead in inclusion.

Can’t wait to see more of my value grow and embody them more & more over the coming last months of my apprenticeship here at Horse Spirit Healing in Cabuya, Costa Rica 🇨🇷

I spoke with Mystic today 🌌

The topic that came up is my relationship with men.

I asked him: ‘when did my relationship with men started to go wrong?’

He replied: ‘when did your relationship with yourself started to go wrong?’

It got me like…😳🤔🤯…

Thank you Mystic, I have a lot to reflect on now ❤️

J’ai parlé avec Mystic aujourd’hui 🌌

Le sujet était les relations amoureuses avec les hommes.

Je lui ai demandé: ´quand est-ce que mes relations avec les hommes ont commencé à dégringoler ?’

Il m’a répondu: ‘quand est ce que la relation avec toi même a commencé à dégringoler ?’

J’étais comme ça 😳🤔🤯

Empowering women 🦋

I welcomed this tribe of 8 women as part of my apprenticeship here at a horse healing sanctuary in Costa Rica and it was a blessing to share, witness and facilitate the healing power of horses towards these women.

Guiding this group and each individual through their intention and holding the space for horses to do their magic and share their higher knowledge and wisdom is my calling during these sessions.

I can’t wait to keep spreading the whisper of healing horses and help them help more and more souls on this journey 🩵

La puissance féminine 🦋

J’ai accueilli 8 femmes il y a quelques semaines au sanctuaire pour chevaux où je poursuis mon apprentissage et ça a été incroyable de pouvoir contribuer, grâce aux chevaux, à leur expansion et guérison spirituelle.

Mon rôle est simplement de faire le pont entre les humains et les chevaux afin que ces 2 consciences puissent se connecter et répandre leur magie dans le monde entier.

J’ai hâte de poursuivre cette quête, d’aider encore plus de personnes grâce aux chevaux et de voir où cela va me mener 🩵
