The sun is setting on Sparkroot Farm. Follow us at Sparkroot Wild! We will continue to post here about our life and projects in Central America. But here we are closing our doors and passing the place on to new owners, and we are grateful. Moving on to launching Sparkroot Wild’s many faceted project on our land in an extreme, remote and rugged area of Costa Rica near the Panama border, 300 meters up, one km to pacific beaches and magical Golfo Dulce, hugging the vast Ngabe Indigenous Territory where we are focusing our work in boosting local economy in a marginalized area through community service gardens, art activism, medicinal honey beekeeping, bird watching tourism, and the making of a wild bird rescue and education center.
