Neutraliserings Projekt i Serbien.
English version: Neutralization Project in Serbia.
Neutralization Project in Serbia is a nonprofit project. it is a project standing alone, and it is not part of an organisation. Therefore we hope we can expand the program to all over Serbia
The number of street dogs and cats is growing. Not all of them can get help or be adopted to loving homes. Therefore, we want to reduce the number of puppies and kittens born on the street. We wish to do this by neutralizing the dog and cats on the streets
It can be a difficult task. It will be a tough and hard work.
Some cities have a neutralization progarm. However, it is a small number of cities and the bugette for the program is small. BUT it gives hope for a solution
Other cities are unfortunately using a company that captures the dogs on the street. It's hard for us to find out what happens with this dogs. This desperate attempt to empty the streets for dogs does not seem to work. The dogs who is lift behind on the streets is more likely to survive and breed more poppies. Now there is not that many dogs to fight with over food. It will be a never ending story.
Why do we forget the cats?
Cats are not a problem we hear mentioned a lot in Serbia. The cats are small and they are easy to overlook in a everyday life, where every man struggles to survive.
However we must not forget the cats. There are running round and have extremely difficult living conditions. Day and night they are looking for food in every corner and in each bin. They struggle to keep their little stomachs full and to find shelter in the harsh weather. Life on the street for a cat is hard. They are small, vulnerable, quickly injured and become infested with parasites
Neutralization will safe 1000 of innocent puppies and kittens. No animal deserves to live on the street.
