Yes, indoor cats can get fleas too!
This cat came for a grooming appointment and brought along a lot of other animals. His coat was infested with fleas. All the black speckles you see is flea s**t.....

Off course we gave him an anti flea treatment and also a deworming. With fleas you often get tapeworm as well.
And we gave the owner some tips on how to treat the house to get ris of fleas and eggs.....
