Update on Carina after her bladder stone removal surgery:
Very good recovery is made by Carina, who today sampled specialist urinary food and who has been to the toilet and urinated without issues. She will still be kept under observation, but this is a very good start for Carina in her new life after the bladder stone removal.

Baby Boris making baby steps...
Hiya, folks!
Here's an update on adorable baby Boris!
We are told every morning when he comes out of the cage after the night he is very excited and there is no coordination whatsoever in him. Being a puppy, he is very very happy to see his fave humans and to have some interaction. This, combined with the overnight rest, makes him into a little disaster on legs.
However, as the day progresses and he gets his food and to come out of the cage a little more, by the afternoon the excitement is more toned down and he is showing the real progress he is actually making.
You can see him here on his early afternoon walkabout.
Now, can he get a lot of likes & shares pretty please? Show us he is important although a bit special and his story touches you! ❤️

Boris making slow progress... ❤️
#Boris... From "Μπορείς" (You Can)
'Cerebellar Hypoplasia is a neurological condition in which the cerebellum is not completely developed or is smaller than it should be.' (source: rarediseases.info)
You can! Apparently, his previous owner had named him so, seeing the way he was... But this seems to be the working slogan for the little one here indeed. Aged barely 4-5 months, Boris came to the clinic as a rescue. As adorable as he is and in constant need of love, his history is, of course, unknown. However, his movements, lack of coordination and general state have led the team to the conclusion he might be suffering from Cerebellar Hypoplasia. This means, in short, permanent brain damage.
Little Boris will never be cured from this condition, but he will make progress and become better in time. Actually, in one week since he came to the clinic, some results can already be noticed. With a harness always on, Boris is taken for short walks and has small doses of exercise a few times per day, and so he is already doing a bit better, although treatment is difficult. Maybe he was born this way, maybe something happened to him...
But who cares, after all, when this pair of amazing eyes look at you and all they ask for is love?
He will need a home, at some stage, our little Boris. A home which understands his needs and is prepared to give him a cage (a training one will be enough) where he can spend his time if and when he is on his own, as his lack of coordination will make him knock things over and bump into them. His forever family will have to accept the idea Boris will always be "a bit special", but also the one he can improve, with regular vet checks, love, companionship, good food and... Patience !
Until such #perfect home is found, Boris will be safe here, with us... ❤️
