Meet Milou, the curious Jack Russell who had an unexpected encounter with... a shower drain! One of her tiny toes got stuck in the hole, turning bathtime into an adventure. 🛁

We tried using lubricant to free her, but when that didn’t work, we carefully used an electric file to cut the drain and set her free.

Bet you never thought this could happen to your pet! 😮
We reconmend using a drain cover while giving your dog a bath in case something like this happens 💙.

Meet one of our patients last week, a beautiful Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus) 🦅 we rescued from the street. This brave little hunter likely had a mid-flight collision while chasing prey, leaving her with a painful haematoma in her eye.

Under sedation, we were able to carefully clean the injury and assess her for fractures—thankfully, there were none! Her eye is still swollen, but with some TLC, he’s already on the road to recovery. Thank you , & all other volunteers for stepping in to take him into intensive care and provide for her until recovery. 💙

Meet Richard, he is a maine c**n cat, who just came in for his annual vaccination! 🐱✨ Along with his shot, Richard had a thorough health check, which included:

🩺 Heart and lungs examination
👂 Ear inspection
👀 Eye check-up
🦷 Dental health review
⚖️ Weight and body condition assessment
💉 Vaccinations update

His mum wanted to go the extra mile for him and his sisters and also requested blood work and full biochemistry panels to make sure that all 3 cats are happy and healthy 🧡

Veterinary Medical Center – VMC is a clinic located in the heart of Limassol. Marios Nikolaou and his team of experts are here to give your pet the care they deserve. Our focus is to provide quality veterinary care throughout their life.

Preventive health care as well as early detection, committing to the highest standards of medical and surgical diagnosis and treatment is our objective. We follow a low-stress philosophy to transfer a sense of safety and trust to our patients.

VMC is equipped with the latest technology in the field of veterinary medicine as well as grooming facilities and a pet shop. We provide vaccinations, health checks, blood and biochemical analysis, pain control, dentistry, digital imaging x-rays and ultrasonography, pharmacy-prescriptions, soft tissue-oncologic-reconstructive surgeries and hospitalisation amongst other services.
