Swipe left to see the incredible journey of Till, a brave feline who recently underwent femoral head and neck osteotomy surgery. 🦴 This surgery is often necessary to help pets suffering from hip dysplasia or severe hip fractures regain mobility and live a pain-free life.

Meet Lily! She visited our clinic because she ate a sharp bone and required surgical treatment (gastrotomy) to remove it. Lily has fully recovered, and she is ready for new adventures. 🐶

One of the biggest concerns with dogs eating bones are bones being swallowed in large enough pieces to make them difficult to pass through the dog's digestive tract, which that might cause puncture of the dog's stomach or intestines, causing life-threatening peritonitis. Prognosis is good if the digestive tract has not been perforated and the foreign body is removed. If perforation has occurred, the prognosis is guarded
