🔬 New Zebrafish Laboratory at the University of Nicosia opens doors to research partners
The Zebrafish Laboratory at UNIC is now fully operational, offering advanced infrastructure to support a wide range of biomedical research and teaching activities.
Led by Associate Professor Konstantinos Voskarides and Assistant Professor Annita Achilleos, the facility invites collaboration across disciplines including genetics, regeneration, pharmacology, toxicology, neuroscience, and cancer biology.
With a capacity for 1,000 adult zebrafish and cutting-edge automated systems, the laboratory is positioned to support both independent and collaborative projects.
