The red-rumped parrot (Psephotus haematonotus), also known as the red-backed parrot or grass parrot, is a medium-sized broad-tailed parrot endemic to open woodland in south-eastern Australia, particularly in the Murray-Darling Basin. It is a highly sexually dimorphic species, with the adult female mainly being a greyish olive-green with lighter underparts and the adult male predominantly being a brightly coloured green and gold with various shades of blue on the wings. Only the adult male possesses the red rump that gives the species its common name.
Even though they are very social birds, they can still be aggressive and territorial towards their own kind, so it's best to keep them alone or with a pair only. However, they are not prone to being aggressive towards us humans.

Pogona is a genus of reptiles containing eight lizard species, which are often known by the common name bearded dragons. The name "bearded dragon" refers to the underside of the throat (or "beard") of the lizard, which can turn black and become inflated for a number of reasons, most often as a result of stress, if they feel threatened,or are trying to entice a mate. They are a semiarboreal species, spending significant amounts of time on branches, in bushes, and near human habitation. Pogona species bask on rocks and exposed branches in the mornings and afternoons and sleep at night, making them a diurnal species. Their diet consists primarily of vegetation and some insects. They are found throughout much of Australia and inhabit environments such as deserts, and shrublands.

Parakeets are opportunistic omnivores. In their natural habitat (Australia) they evolved for a desert climate with little food and water and will take anything they can get. Sometimes even the seeds people put on their lawns to grow grass. Interestingly large swathes of them are sometimes observed following trucks along the road because the grain trucks often spill seeds onto the road.
Their diet varies depending on what types of fruits, nuts, and seeds are in season. They are also nomadic which means they move from place to place in search of food and water. Spinifex, Mitchell’s, and Tussex grasses which are native to Australia, are favorite foods for a wild parakeet. Wild oats, wheat seeds, and canary grass are also common.Although grass seeds are the main course, they will also consume the seeds inside fruits, berries, nuts, and plant pods along with the flesh. Not only will parakeets strip the bark and buds of trees to eat them, they will burrow into them to get at the tree sap and nest. Observation suggests eucalyptus sap keeps away mites and other parasites. When food is scarce budgies will sometimes eat bugs such as crickets or tree-dwelling insects for extra protein. In captivity they don’t need meat protein but you can feed them (cooked!) fish or chicken. I sometimes give mine scrambled egg.

If you own domesticated parakeets you may notice they tend to ignore some foods you give them, although most will at least peck at it to see if they like it. Wild budgies are less picky.

Most dogs need to be walked at least once each day, though some dogs, particularly very active dogs, may require more. The breed of dog you have, as well as its level of fitness and age, will also determine how long and how vigorous your walk should be. A walk can make a dog very happy. A general rule of thumb is that dogs should get between 30 minutes and 2 hours of exercise every day. Larger breed dogs, like retrievers, collies, and shepherds will need the most exercise, while smaller and toy breed dogs, like terriers and Maltese, don't require as much daily physical activity.

As a general rule of thumb, you should clean your bird's cage at least once a week. If you have a larger bird, then you might need to clean their cage more frequently. Also, make sure to clean up any messes or droppings as soon as you see them. Because birds both eat and defecate in their cages, it is essential to keep their cages as clean as possible. Dirt, dust, f***l matter, bits of food, and feather dander constantly accumulate on the cage and everything in it.
