We just got back from the vet's and Penny is expecting at least 6 pups. Heart beats were detected too. Her due date is 1-2 October

Penny just started heating which is a good piece of news. She's no longer influenced by the season of her older sister who got spayed in December. On the other hand the timing does not work for us as the litter date falls on our planned (and paid) honeymoon so we decided to push back the breeding to summer. Her next heat will be in August.
