Tilen Strmšek, an experienced competitor in canicross and dog running disciplines, had a remarkable weekend, finishing on the podium in three countries.

On Saturday, October 5, Tilen raced in the 'Kalnik Trail' competition in Croatia, completing the nine-kilometre canicross course with a significant lead, finishing first almost five minutes ahead of his nearest competitor. After the awards ceremony, he returned to Slovenia for a canicross event in Novi Mesto, where he again secured first place in a 2.5-kilometer race.

The following morning, on Sunday, October 6th, Tilen travelled to Trbiž in Italy, where he finished second in the 'Scooter Two Dogs' category, just five seconds behind the winner. He acknowledged that a recent knee injury affected his performance. In the canicross event, he finished fourth due to fatigue from the previous day's races.👅🐶

Over the weekend, Tilen travelled about 700 kilometers, achieving two victories, a second place, and a fourth place overall before getting back to work and football training the next day.👍
