The story you tell yourself is the only barrier to getting what you want, as many have said before. This notion is shared by horses, who have the ability to detect discrepancies between our thoughts and actions.

Horses are adept at recognizing changes in their surroundings and responding appropriately, and one way they do this is by sensing subtle changes in heart rate in living beings, including humans. When we cling to negative thoughts or limiting beliefs that hinder our potential, our heart rate increases and our bodies become tense, preparing for potential danger. This response is often automatic and unconscious.

Horses can sense this lack of coherence between what they perceive and what we project, providing an opportunity for us to bring our unconscious beliefs and stories to light. Through their instinctual drive for survival, horses can help us understand how our limiting beliefs are impeding our goals.

Cleavers, also known as Galium aparine, is an herb that has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for its various health benefits. One of the lesser-known uses of cleavers is for horses, where it is commonly used as a natural diuretic and detoxifier.

Cleavers can help to support the lymphatic system, which is responsible for removing waste and toxins from the body. This can be especially important for horses that are prone to swelling, such as those that are stalled for long periods of time. By promoting lymphatic flow, cleavers can help to reduce inflammation and improve circulation, leading to a healthier, happier horse.

In addition to its detoxifying properties, cleavers can also be useful for horses that suffer from urinary tract infections or other urinary tract issues. The herb has mild diuretic properties, which means that it can help to flush out the urinary tract and promote healthy urine flow.

"Learning to manage anger is a journey, and horses can be our guides along the way. By working with these gentle creatures, we can learn to control our emotions, communicate more effectively, and find inner peace." - Unknown

👉This quote highlights the idea that anger management is a process that takes time and effort. But that working with horses can be a powerful tool for developing the skills and mindset needed to manage anger effectively. Horses are often seen as calming and grounding animals and can provide a safe and supportive environment for people to practice new ways of thinking and acting. With their help, we can learn to become more mindful, present, and compassionate and to develop a
deeper sense of self-awareness and emotional regulation.
