This video is a little experiment I did some time ago with my mother. She’s never needle felted before—she’s much more of a knitter and a gardener. But during her visit, she grew curious about my tiny felted kittens and wondered, Could I try this too?
So, for the very first time, she picked up a felting needle. And I have to say—I’m pretty proud of her! It was such a special moment to share, and I’m excited for how it turned out.

Don’t buy a lot of wool for your first project.
Be patient with YOURSELF, not the project, because needle felting takes time—so take your time.
Don’t force the needle in; use it as if you're gently pricking a surface.
Always, always, always use a felting mat or support.
And don’t forget to enjoy and even laugh about your first fails! 😁😄
