We also state that if the appointment is not canceled 48hours prior to your appointment time, or you choose to not show up to your appointment then you will forfeit your deposit. The deposit can not be reimbursed on situations that we ourselves have no control over. If weather is not permitting then we offer you the chance to reschedule and keep your deposit as payment. Refund not possible-the dep

osit can be used as a coupon toward your next appointment. To cancel or reschedule please contact the number listed on the site.
