Natalie and I are so grateful for the reviews we receive—not because of the numbers, but because they remind us why we do what we do. Seeing the real impact training has on people and their dogs is everything. Even if we only had two reviews as thoughtful as these, we’d still be just as fulfilled.

Detection Course Now Open at Alix & the Pack!

and I have spent nearly a year planning and preparing for this course! After learning so much from and in South Africa last year, I was inspired to bring that knowledge back. Together with Natalie and , we developed specialised starter kits to help dogs imprint on Chanterelle mushrooms. 🍄‍🟫

Liam and Melissa’s time with us has been nothing short of transformative. Their presence not only left a lasting impact but also helped us gain clarity on the direction we want to take with our company. They’ve been instrumental in helping us evolve, and their guidance has reshaped our vision for the future.

We’re currently embracing a lot of positive changes, and we truly believe they’re all steps towards something even greater.

Our gratitude for Melissa and Liam is immense. They’ve taught us invaluable lessons and consistently pushed us to elevate our skills as dog trainers. We couldn’t be more thankful for their influence and support in our journey.

Are you ready to welcome a bundle of joy into your life? Meet Carlos, a sweet natured 9.5 month old Cavapoo who is looking for his forever home due to no fault of his own. Carlos was born on November 12th 2023 and is a healthy, happy dog. Carlos has a friendly temperament and gets along well with people, other dogs, and is good with children.

He is not crate trained (but would learn quick) but he’s great at place work and can comfortably be left alone for 7-8 hours (he is generally left home alone for 5-6 hours and would prefer a lifestyle for him that can be kept that way). He has been raised on a diet of Essential foods, Pala and Mush. While he is generally well-behaved, Carlos would benefit from some additional training to improve his neutrality around other dogs.

It’s almost surreal to finally share this news… 🎊🪄🎉 🎈

Since the very beginning, it’s been a topic of discussion between Natalie & I, unsure if it would manifest as a modest urban space or something larger beyond the city limits. Everything fell into place when Natalie expressed her desire to move to the countryside.

Natalie will be settling up north on a 16-hectare piece of land, which we’ll gradually transform into a comprehensive dog facility. It’ll be your go to for absolutely everything - training, boarding, grooming, daycare, shopping, physio, seminars, workshops, herding clinic, luring course, scent work, obedience classes and more. 🙌🏼

I am filled with profound gratitude towards Natalie for embracing this vision and opening her life to dogs in this way.

To each and every one of you who contributed to making this dream a reality, my heartfelt thanks. And to Nikita, Sarah, Sophia, Fanni, and Amy – your unwavering support has been the cornerstone of this incredible journey.

This is by far the most exciting post we have made thus far 🥹🎉😍. Nine individuals(!!!), each possessing incredible inspiration, positivity and ambition. And they all so happen to be WOMEN! 🤘💪

When I started Alix & the Pack, I could never have imagined reaching this point. Now, I’ve encountered someone who has profoundly impacted my life—Natalie. I am immensely grateful for her role as one of my greatest inspirations and the ultimate sidekick. Everyone should be fortunate enough to have a Natalie in their life 💓.

As Natalie and I bid farewell to 2023, we do so with a sense of vitality, overflowing pride and an unwavering drive.
