- at du har sat dig 100% ind i hvad det vil sige at have en Siberian Husky
- at du helst bor i hus med indhegnet have, hvor der er plads til hunden (den graver hurtigt blomsterbedene op og graver sig under hegnet, hvis der er plads til det)
- at du er aktiv med din husky (daglige gå- eller løbeture, træning, udstilling, slædeløb, etc. - en husky har brug f

or både mental og fysisk træning og aktivering.
- at du altid vil sørge for at din hund får et godt f***r (vi råfodrer / barfer alle vore hunde og hvalpene vokser op med råf***r fra de er 3 uger gamle)
- at du altid vil sørge for at din hund er i god form, har det godt og bliver passet og plejet igennem hele hundens levetid
- at du vil holde kontakten med kennelen og bruge os som sparringspartner i hele hundens levetid. WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU AS A PUPPY BUYER
- that you are 100% familiar with what it means to own a Siberian Husky
- that you preferable live in a house with a fenced garden where there is room for the dog (it quickly digs up flowers and plants and digs under the fence, if there is room for it)
- that you are active with your husky (daily walks or runs, training, exhibition, sledding, etc. - a husky needs both mental and physical training and activation.
- that you will always make sure that your dog gets a good auqlity food (we rawfeed all our dogs and the puppies grow up with raw food from the age of 3 weeks)
- that you will always make sure that your dog is in good shape, is well and is cared for and cared for throughout the dog's lifetime
- that you will keep in touch with the kennel and use us as a sparring partner throughout the dog's lifetime.

During the weekend 4-5 January we participated in Duo CACIB GDYNIA (Gdansk/Poland) with Tuppi

Bad Like My Black Dad Legend of the Spirit (Tuppi), 13 months (and almost in summercoat)

Saturday 4th January:
Exc. 3/3 (Junior) with a very nice critique from judge Gerard Jipping (Holland). Tuppi was doing great, but in the final round he apparantly wanted to show the judge that he was able to dance and jump as well - and thus granted himself a 3rd place.

Sunday 5th January:
Exc. 1/3 (Junior), BOS, JCAC, JCACIB - and a very nice critique from judge Sean Delmar (Ireland)

Tuppi is now 1 JCAC short of becoming Polish Junior Champion - and 1 JCACIB short of becoming International Junior Champion.

The exhibition year 2024 in the Danish Club for Northern Breeds was concluded in style. Words cannot describe how proud I am of my Bad Black Boy, who did really well once again - and on his 1st birthday (30th Nov) he brought home a few more titles.

The weekend 8-10 November we went to the Polish Club Show and CACIB in Poznan

Club Show 8/11-2024:
Exc. 1/9, BOS Junior, Club Junior Winner - and a perfect critique from judge and breed specialist Marcelino Pozo Ruiz (ES)
Tuppi also participated in Progeny Class with La Dam Latea with 3 males after Tuppis dad Mugen (Njord of Poliarine Arktika) - they received a 3rd place :)

CACIB 10/11-2024:

It was a long trip and a long weekend. Tuppi was tired and still had his head full of chics in heat at home, but he managed fine and had nice company with playmate Joy (Birgitta Püschl/Niels Mortensen)
We stayed in a rented apartment in the center of Poznan. Very nice but only negative was being on the 4th floor with no lift - 75 steps up and 75 steps down - never again 😂

KENNEL ARCTIC ZNOWDANCER

Kennel Arctic Znowdancer er en lille kennel på østkysten af Lolland (Hjelm) med Siberian Huskies. Jeg har pt 3 huskier: 1 han (Free Soul Legend of the Spirit aka “Nuggi”), 1 tæve (Gefjun Sibiro Auksas aka “Geffie”) og 1 lille ny hanhvalp (Northerna Bottle of Rum aka “Rumle”) - de 2 sidstnævnte skal forhåbentlig danne grunden til et fremtidigt seriøst opdræt - hvis alt går vel.

Jeg har haft Siberian Huskies siden 1998.

Moe (15/2-1998 - 17/5-2009)

Min første SH var Moe, som jeg fik mens jeg boede på Mallorca. Hun var uden tavle (far fra Kennel Ciukci på Mallorca, mor u/tavle). Jeg fik hende hjem bare 5 uger gammel - resten af kuldet røg til en dyrehandel dagen efter og sad bag vinduer og ventede på nye ejere - normalt i Spanien på det tidspunkt! Moe var både min første hund og min første husky - og gav mig en masse udfordringer, da hun jo var taget alt for tidligt fra moderen. Hun blev dog en dejlig hund, som gav mig mange dejlige oplevelser og minder.

Quatro (04/04-2001 - 12/03-2013)

Efter hjemkomst til Danmark i 2001 fik jeg husky nr. 2. Han hed Quatro og var god som dagen var lang. Dog utrolig bange for tordenvejr og fyrværkeri, hvilket blev værre og værre med årene. Quatro og Moe fik mange gode år sammen - selvom Quatro godt vidste hvem der bestemte :)

Dina (13/05-2009 - 02/05-2018)

I 2009 kom Dina til. Hun var også uden stam og kom fra Herlev. Dina var helt sin egen, en bestemt dame, som styrede flokken med “hård pote”, lidt sky overfor fremmede mennesker, men meget kærlig overfor folk hun kendte og have tiltro til.

Free Soul Legend of the Spirit aka Nuggi (17/12-2011)

I 2011 ankom Nuggi til huset. Han kom som en omplacering blot 4 mdr. gammel. Han kommer fra Kennel Legend of the Spirit i Polen (opdrætter Izabela Krieger). Nuggi kickstartede min “karriere” i udstillingsringen og gav mig blod på tanden til at fortsætte i udstillingsverdenen. Hans egen karriere blev dog ikke så lang, da det hurtigt stod klart, at han var kryptorchid - endda dobbelt. Han er nu en dejlig familiehund, som elsker at blive nusset, gå ture og nyde livet.

Smooth Ride Legend of the Spirit (21/10-2012 - 26/2-2020)

I 2013 ankom Smutti. Han kommer også fra Kennel Legend of the Spirit og er min første brune husky. Han har været udstillet mange gange i løbet af sine første 2 leveår, men blev desværre syg (epilepsi) og er nu jordens skønneste familiehund. Han har et dejligt temperament, elsker alt og alle (bortset fra pindsvin og katte), elsker at lege, gå/løbe lange ture i skoven og ved vandet. Vi har kørt lidt vogn og løbehjul, når der har været tid til det. Smuttis epileptiske anfald blev desværre hyppigere og kraftigere i løbet af 2019 og start 2020, så 26/2-2020 fik han fred.

Gefjun Sibiro Auksas aka Geffie (18/12-2017)

I maj 2018 ankom Geffie. Hun er fra Kennel Sibiro Auksas i Litauen (opdrætter Kristina Kanciene). Geffie er vokset op til at blive en smuk ung dame, som alle i flokken elsker - og hun er husets ukronede prinsesse. Hun har været udstillet en hel del gange og har haft ganske udmærkede resultater - og lad os se hvad tiden bringer ....

Northerna Bottle of Rum aka Rumle (05/12-2019)

I marts 2020 ankom Rumle. Han er fra Kennel Northerna i England/Litauen (opdrætter Ingrida Cepuliene). Han ankom lige i starten af en uvis Covid-19 tid og er på nuværende tidspunkt ikke blevet udstillet p.g.a. lockdown. Han er en glad dreng, utrolig kærlig og har et fantastisk hundesprog. Han elsker Geffie og har stor respekt for gamle Nuggi.

Madmor og kennelejer er Lotte. Jeg har aldrig avlet, men fik i 2014 et “ups-kuld”, hvilket gav blod på tanden til “rigtigt opdræt”. Jeg har gennemgået DKKs opdrætteruddannelse, er uddannet empatisk hundetræner, DKK ringtræner, har bl.a. deltaget i seminar og workshop om Siberian Huskies med US dommer Donna Beckman samt deltaget i SHCA’s Sanctioned AKC Judges’ Education Seminar and Workshop i Reykjavik i april 2016 (Donna Beckman).

Jeg ejer desuden butikken “De sunde dyr” i Nørre Alslev - og har i forbindelse med butikken gennemgået diverse kurser og workshops om hundef***r og ernæring (i.f.m. råfodring), hundens opbygning (både indvendigt og udvendigt), har indtil videre taget Level 1 og 2 af Bachs Blomsterremedier - og forsøger hele tiden at udvide egne horisonter indenfor hundeverdenen - som er min passion og mit liv.
