For Dogs we have 3 meat options available, chicken, beef and fish. The meat is cooked until tender, and then ground. We mix the meat with fresh, cooked veggies. The chicken and fish naturally contain a good amount of calcium because we cook the whole animal, including the bones. We add bonemeal to the beef for added bone health. We never use any fillers. We do not use any type of grain unless requ
ested. We do not use any preservatives. We base our recipes on what canine's eat in the wild. Lots of fresh, whole meats, and a little vegetable matter and greens for essential vitamins, minerals fiber and carbohydrates. The ratios are approx. 80% animal matter, and 20% vegetable. Each tub is approx. 1.5Ibs of deliciousness, frozen to preserve freshness. For Cats we are happy to announce our first recipe, "Cheeky Chicken". Our cats "Chedder Mitten", and "Meo Meo" are devouring this recipe. I cook whole chickens until tender, and then mince everything in our grinder. The chicken is as moist as baby food, as I mix it in with the broth it cooked with, and then add no more than about 5% veggies. Once the food is cooked and cooled down to room temperature, I add in essential vitamins and supplements. For every 2kg of chicken I include 4000mg of the all important Taurine, 4000mg of Salmon oil, 600Iu Vitamin E, 40,000IU Vitamin A, 1,600 IU Vitamin D, 200mg B50 complex, 4 tbl bonemeal, 2 tbl gelatin and 1 tbl raw glandular supplement. Cheeky Chicken for Cats is free of preservatives, and no chemicals or additives are added except for the vitamins / supplements noted above.
