Hala Tarek has been an outstanding Quality Intern at Aller Aqua Egypt, bringing her knowledge from the Agricultural Sciences, Food Science Department at Benha University into a practical setting. Over the course of her internship, from September 2024 to November, Hala has had the chance to work with advanced systems and equipment, sharpening her skills and deepening her understanding of the fish feed industry. This hands-on experience, combined with the development of her soft skills, has empowered her to confidently take on new challenges.

We are thrilled to share the journey of Aya Ali, one of our exceptional Quality Interns at Aller Aqua Egypt! From September 2024 to November 2024, Aya gained invaluable hands-on experience in the fish feed production industry.
She was able to apply her knowledge from her studies in Fisheries Science, Fish Farming at Suez University, while also enhancing her soft skills through teamwork and real-world problem-solving.
Aya's internship gave her the opportunity to work with various devices, moving beyond theoretical learning to real-life application. We are proud of her growth and look forward to her continued success in the field of aquaculture!

سوق ضخمة: القصة الرائعة لمطحن أللر.

علف من جنوب يوتلاند لأسماك مصرية…

قصة المطحن الصغير في قرية أللر بجنوب يوتلاند، الذي نما ليصبح شركة عالمية لعلف الأسماك تضم أكثر من 700 موظف و7 مصانع حول العالم ومبيعات في 70 دولة، مذهلة ببساطة. يقول هنريك هالكن: "لقد تعلمنا كيفية النجاح في الإنتاج في البلدان النائية."
شرق كريستيانسفيلد في جنوب يوتلاند تقع بلدة أللر الصغيرة.
لسنوات عديدة، كان هناك متجر يبيع علفاً للخنازير والأبقار - ليس متجراً كبيراً - حتى عام 1964، عندما جاءتهم فكرة غير عادية: لماذا لا نبدأ في صنع علف للأسماك؟ كان مطحن آلي مملوكاً لعائلة بايلينج، حيث كان هانز إريك بايلينج هو الجيل الثالث من العائلة.
على مدار العقد التالي، تطورت فكرة علف الأسماك لتصبح وسيلة للتصدير من جنوب يوتلاند إلى عدة دول.

النجاح في علف الأسماك

سرعان ما أصبح واضحاً أن هناك طلباً حقيقياً على علف الأسماك عالي الجودة في جميع أنحاء العالم، وبدأت الصادرات في التسارع في التسعينيات. يقول هنريك هالكن: "في عام 2006، تقرر تقسيم الشركة وإنشاء شركة أللر أكوا مع تركيز كامل على علف الأسماك. انضممت إلى أللر أكوا في عام 1990 عندما دخلنا إلى بولندا بعد سقوط جدار برلين والتغيرات السياسية الكبيرة في شرق أوروبا. من عام 1994 إلى 2006، قضيت فترة خارج الشركة، ثم عدت في عام 2006 وأصبحت شريكاً في ملكية أللر أكوا، التي تمتلك عائلة بايلينج فيها الحصة الرئيسية اليوم." تم بيع الأعمال الزراعية لاحقاً إلى شركة دانماركية، بينما شهدت أللر أكوا نمواً شبه انفجاري في القرية الصغيرة بجنوب يوتلاند.

سبعة مصانع حول العالم

تُطور جميع خلطات العلف في كريستيانسفيلد ثم تُدخل في الإنتاج حول العالم. يقول هنريك هالكن: "أكبر وحدة إنتاج لدينا اليوم هي في مصر، التي يبلغ عدد سكانها 110 ملايين ونمو سكاني سنوي قدره 2.5 مليون. ويختتم هنريك هالكين بالقول إنك لا تستطيع إدارة المصنع في مصر - أو في دول أخرى - من المنزل في أللر بجنوب يوتلاند. "نحن بحاجة إلى أشخاص محليين مهرة يعرفون الثقافة وطريقة العمل لتحقيق النجاح.
وقد نجحنا في ذلك," قالها المدير التنفيذي.

تم اختبار أعلاف SUPPORT L بشكل شامل وناجح على مدار السنوات الماضية، سواء في Aller Aqua Research أو على أكثر من 30 مزرعة أسماك وأنواع مختلفة في ظروف واقعية.

وشملت الاختبارات الميدانية التي تمت مراقبتها من قبل خبراء بيطريين ومتخصصين في شركات الأدوية كلاً من أنواع أسماك المياه المالحة والمياه العذبة وتم إجراؤها في المزارع التي توجد بها أمراض بكتيرية متوطنة أظهرت انخفاضًا كبيرًا في معدل النفوق بسبب الحد من الأمراض أو القضاء عليها، فضلاً عن تحسن صحة الأسماك وأدائها.
