فرس عربي تعاني من تورم شديد و cellulitis في احد الارجل الخلفيه (شمال خلفي ) و عدم القدره علي الوقوف و الحركه و تدهور في العلامات الحيويه و فقدان الشهيه عند الفحص الاكلينيكي و باستخدام السونار تبين وجود كميات كبيره من الصديد في عضلات الفخد و تم التدخل الجراحي بواسطه فريق المستشفي و تم علاج كامل لكل الالتهابات و التخلص الكامل من الصديد بين الأنسجة و العضلات و عوده الفرس الي حياتها الطبيعيه مع استعاده حركه الفرس الطبيعيه و تحسن العلامات الحيوية و عوده الشهيه بصوره طبيعية

لو جوادك الرياضي يعاني من آلام أثناء الركوب و عدم القدره علي التجميع او عرج بالارجل الاماميه او ضعف في الأداء الرياضي او تيبس في الحركه مع بعض الأعراض العصبية ..... لا تتردد في التواصل مع فريق المستشفي لإجراء الفحص الطبي و تشخيص المشكله باستخدام السونار و الاشعه و علاج التهابات مفاصل الرقبه باحترافيه بمساعده السونار
● Symptoms of cervical facet disease vary and may include pain, stiffness, neurologic deficits, performance problems, saddling problems, reluctance to collect and go on the bit, neck stuck in fixed position and unable to move, and front limb lameness.
● Osteoarthritis of the cervical articular facet joints is a performance limiting condition in horses of various sport disciplines.
● Degenerative changes between the 6th and 7th cervical vertebrae have been reported on postmortem examination in 50% of normal mature horses.
● Osteoarthritis of the cervical articular facet joints causes enlargement of the joint capsule and periarticular new bone formation.
● These degenerative changes can lead to neck pain, lameness, or subsequent spinal cord compression and ataxia.
