Just received this lovely email from a client who has had his Siberian Husky for over seven years, yet she still refused to stop pulling on the lead and refused point blank to come back to him if he let her 'run off lead' Very frustrated dog owner.
All that is historic now as soon as Wendy worked her magic on the pair.
The Husky now walks beautifully to heel and comes back to him whenever he calls her.
One happy bunny :-)

A huge thank you to all of my clients this weekend.
I was feeling low and poorly, you guys and your faithful friends have lifted my spirits all weekend !
Agility on Saturday was a blast, great to see one of our old friends back in Spain 'Abigail the dalmatian' what energy she has !
Pleased to see Lucas the Belgian Shepherd back on form after a very serious health scare !
This mornings obedience classes have raised me up even higher. Luna the fear aggressive Labrador was able to work without her muzzle and did not attempt to kill me once 😀
Dolly the collie had her best recall ever and is now ignoring the vets cats !!!!! (incredible) What wonderful owners can do for their pets shows through in Dollydog ! X
Little Bobo wore his boots with pride this morning and boy did he run on those hard stones !!!
Yet the biggest accolade goes to Nete Larsen who put off other things planned for her Sunday to stay behind for a private lesson after class in order to translate into German for a troubled lady struggling with her dogs.
Nete Larsen you are amazing not only your skills with dog training, your language skills and your dentistry but your empathy for our canine friends !

Exactly the same law applies here in Spain, and it applies to cars, bikes and riders, children in parks, etc, etc.
No dog, irrespective of who you are or how 'well behaved ' your think your dog is, should be off his lead, at any time, running free, even when under your supervision, unless you are in the Dog Park or on the Dog Beach, or inside your own, fully fenced property.

All dogs are unpredictable and if you think you know their every thought, then you are sadly very mistaken.
Owners would quickly tell you that their dog 'never normally behaves in that way. Except they do !.
We are all so very quick to point the finger and spout off about who is allowed to do what, what is legal and what is not, except when it comes to our own circumstances, and it is truly amazing, just how many people, wantonly choose to ignore laws when the occasion personally suits themselves.
If you don't play the game, you should not expect to make the rules.
The law is the law and it is for all of us to obey and to uphold, or anarchy will ensue.

Dog owners do you know that if your loose dog causes injury to a horse or rider you could be charged with a criminal offence?

Lets keep our four legged friends safe and please keep your dog on a lead around horses.

Wendy and Barnaby enjoy each others company during some 'cool time', early this morning before the sun 'has got his hat on !'
38 celsius yesterday, and all our sixteen dogs wanted to do was snooze and laze in the shade, and who can blame them.
Dog training should be made fun for your dog, and in this clip, Wendy & Barnaby show just how much fun it can be !! 😊

My bouncy little Pickle. Thank you Wendy and the Agility gang, I had so much fun :-) I'm posting this now so that later, there's a comparison. If only I could focus that energy.....he'd be like dynamite!

Weather forecast is for rain tomorrow which will mean Agility will be cancelled if it does rain.
El Tiempo has got it wrong many times recently, so fingers crossed 😊

Sadly there is heavy rain forecast for tomorrow which means we must regrettably cancel Agility again, this week.
Sorry guys, but wet equipment is too dangerous and we don't want any injuries !!!!
