The next of many thanks is to the wonderful Bella Smith and Rich!! For not only visiting the dogs this week and adopting two of our gang!
But for donating two huge bags of food from the local shops! This makes such a difference having this amazing support.

Another bittersweet moment but wow watch out these are gonna be some happy ladies !!!
Last week we had the presentation for the Pool League at El Cortijo Paredon, a great night was had by all, thanks to everyone that came along.
In first place we have Simon Coombes, who won a trophy and €100, Matt McKenzie takes second place and won a new Pool Cue and €60 and clinching third position is Allan Miles who won a new cue case and €40.
As well as prizes for everyone involved, we also raised €90 for Chelsea's charity : Finding Forever Homes Sanctuary Non profit organisation!
We will be starting a new league in the autumn, if you'd like to register your interest please contact Colin Green.

Jasper is a boxer cross looking for his forever home, he can only be home in the EU or Ireland due to the ban.
If you could help share this into EU or Irish groups this would really help to get this boy his home.
He has fully vaccinated, castrated and ready to go

We also said to goodbye to Bean on Monday who also started her journey to her forever home in the UK.
It’s been a delight having her at the sanctuary and can’t wait to see her journey with Katie and her brothers.

Actor Tom Hardy took his adopted dog Woody to the screening of one of his movies to promote animal adoption.
💗Tom has stated in several interviews that buying animals is immoral because it promotes cruelty towards animals through forced breeding.
Tom often visits shelters to help volunteers, visits and cares for rescue dogs, and talks about breeding and abandonment issues in different mediums.
