Van Trip Plans for Monday 17th

Tank and Chelsea are hitting the road tomorrow with a busy route ahead. The day will start in Thetford, then on to Bedfordshire, from there to Thurrock Services, then across to Kent and finally finishing the day in Hastings for the end of leg 2.

If you would like to meet up, the easiest spot will be Thurrock Services. Chelsea will be arriving just after 2pm and will have time for fuel, a coffee, donations and a quick chat. She will be heading off again around 3pm so it will be a short stop. Please aim to get there early if you want more than a brief hello or to see Tank properly.

For those she is visiting directly in Bedfordshire and Kent, you will receive a message when she is on the way to you with the eta from the sat nav. Colchester is expected between 12:30 and 1, and Kent should be roughly 3:30 to 4pm arrival. Again, these stops won't be long as will have family and friends to see in Hastings once arrived.

Leg 1 of the van road trip complete.
Pinoso - Alicante - Birmingham - Wolverhampton - Huntingdon - Thetford.
Time with family at centre parcs until Monday and part 2 will commence.
Thetford - Hastings with a few stops along the way for short stops to collect donations and fuel fill ups.

If you are on route between Thetford and Hastings and around monday afternoon, drop us a message and we will let you know the services chelsea will be stopping at and rough times so you can arrange to get there if you can.

Chelsea won't be diverting too much off the main roads to come to individual houses to save time and fuel as there are a lot of people to try and meet along the way. If have arranged to meet you, you should get a message by Monday to say a place and time she will be that is close to you so keep an eye out.

More updates on the van Monday when we are on the road again.
Messages from Chelsea may not be responded to straight away whilst she spends time with family and then will be focusing on driving when on the road so please be patient for a reply.

What the sanctuary needs:
Sumsum dog food - ideally the tuna and salmon recipe, zen wet food - any flavour and wet cat and kitten food.
And we always welcome cleaninf supplies to help keep the sanctuary clean and the dogs bedding washed.

You can drop off to our shop once opened on 29th or message +34 711081791 to arrange drop off/collection.
