TERMS AND CONDITIONS
My premises are located in a residential area and out of respect for my neighbours and the safety of your pets I ask all dogs are on a lead for drop off and collection. I also kindly request should your dog need exercise/Toilet prior to your appointment the area has ample green areas for this purpose and if possible not my road. PICK UP & DROP OFF TIMES
Please ensure Pick up

is prompt at the agreed time late pick up can cause major disruption to my schedule but much more importantly I do not use kennels or holding crates for your dogs whilst waiting for pick up and can unfairly interfere with the next customers appointment.
