We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Pachi Clemente-Vicario, a renowned figure in the field of veterinary oncology, will be joining us at the ESVONC congress in Bucharest this May.
🔹 About Dr. Pachi Clemente-Vicario:
Dr. Clemente-Vicario is an esteemed graduate of the University of Extremadura (1993), holding a Master's Degree in Comparative and Veterinary Medicine from the Ohio State University, where he also completed a prestigious residency in Medical Oncology.
Since embarking on his career, Dr. Clemente-Vicario has dedicated himself to small animal practice with a profound interest in Oncology. His career path is distinguished by a blend of private practice and academia, notably serving as an associate professor at the Cardenal Herrera CEU University of Valencia from 2003 to 2012.
As a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Oncology) since 2015, Dr. Clemente-Vicario has been offering his expertise at La Merced Veterinary Specialists and collaborating with referral hospitals across Spain.
Contributions to Veterinary Oncology: Dr. Clemente-Vicario's contributions to the field are widespread. He is a prolific author and editor within the scientific community, focusing on oncology and hematology in pets. His global influence is marked by his role as a speaker in over 15 countries and his active involvement in major veterinary oncology associations.
Among his numerous accolades, Dr. Clemente-Vicario has been honored by both the Mexican Association and the Argentinian Society of Veterinary Oncology, and he was the recipient of the Animal Welfare Award 2022 from the Colegio de Veterinarios de Alicante.
Since January 2018, Dr. Clemente-Vicario has been leading as the Scientific Director of AVEPA, furthering the advancement of veterinary practice in oncology.
