♥️Sharing another HAPPY TAIL this time for RITA♥️

Rita along with Harrison left for the UK in early December last year. Harrison already had a wonderful home lined up and after a settling in period with Gilly he went off and joined his new pack - he has certainly got his paws well and truly under the table now😍(see earlier post - the last link in this post). However, Rita wasn’t quite ready for the big wide world and spent several weeks with Gilly and her lovely family and doggies. Gilly wanted to make sure Rita was comfortable and happy before letting her spread her wings. She wanted to make absolute certain that she found the right home for her….and that, we are so pleased to share is exactly what she did. She found a wonderful home for Rita and we are so truly thankful for all of the love, support, and guidance Gilly has given Rita. She has found a beautiful forever family and we are over the moon for Rita. Thank you again Gilly and Starfish for making all of this possible ✨🥰✨

♥️A Home for Cookie♥️

This beautiful girl has been with us for over a year, and despite our best efforts, she still hasn’t found her forever home. It’s time she found that loving family, and with your support, we’re hopeful we can make that happen. 🤞

At just over 2 years old, Cookie is Labrador-sized and a real sweetheart. She loves sharing her kennel with her mate Chester and enjoys regular walks with our wonderful team of volunteers - she walks perfectly on a lead!

When she was rescued over a year ago, it was hard to see this loving side to her. She had lost trust in people after being abandoned on the streets, likely having been a mother multiple times during her short life. 🥲

Now, she’s a changed dog. Maybe it’s her maternal instinct, but Cookie has shown a fondness for younger puppies at our kennels, so we think she may do well in a home with a younger dog to play with. ♥

Cookie is ready to find her new family. 🏡 If you can provide her the loving home she deserves, please get in touch🤗

💜Adorable AMY💜

💕The sweetest, kindest lady.

She was rescued earlier last year and has made remarkable progress from the nervous, frightened, neglected and abandoned soul she was🥲 She was very nervous of everything and everyone! We couldn’t go near her at first and there was no way she would let us put a collar on her, let alone take her for a walk! Nearly a year on she is a much happier and confident dog. She’s comfortable with all our volunteers new and old. She walks beautiful both on and off lead. She is a little older now so she doesn’t need lots of exercise just a gentle stroll and a little wander would be all she wants. Our volunteer Sue thinks
Amy would suit an older family as the only dog. Could that be you?

Vera loves cuddles & her recall is great, please share for her as she would make a wonderful companion.

As the sun was setting the other night Nicky captured these beautiful pictures of our adorable house residents.

The top left is of Rowan with the beautiful evening sky and then next to this on the top right is our lovely kind lady Nala - just look at that nose don’t you just want to plant a big kiss on it😘.

Moving down on the middle row are the sweet, gentle souls Taz and Foxy with Rowan and Snoopy joining them😍…and then the bottom row you have them all chilling watching the sun going down - absolutely utterly adorable 💛🌅💛
