❤️😻 ACOGER O ADOPTAR ❤️😻

Esta preciosa gata calicó ha sido abandonada en una de nuestras colonias. Es dulce, cariñosa y no puede sobrevivir en una colonia donde no es aceptada y podría ser atacada. Nuestro cuidador está desconsolado porque no puede acogerla, ya que su hogar está lleno de gatos adoptados. ¿Puedes ayudarnos a salvarla? En Paws Patas, trabajamos para marcar una diferencia en la vida de los gatos callejeros. Estamos orgullosos de colaborar con Catnip, una asociación que trabaja con ayuntamientos y cuidadores de colonias para esterilizar, alimentar y cuidar a los gatos de nuestra comunidad. Juntos, apoyamos a los gatos callejeros y ayudamos a mejorar su bienestar.

Lamentablemente, muchos gatos que han tenido un hogar son abandonados en colonias, un destino peligroso. Los gatos de la colonia pueden rechazar a los recién llegados, dificultando su acceso a comida. Además, pueden enfrentar riesgos de otros animales y sufrir lesiones graves.

Mientras los gatos de las colonias suelen desconfiar de los humanos, los abandonados buscan desesperadamente afecto. Se acercan a los cuidadores en busca de cariño y pueden seguirlos a su casa con la esperanza de encontrar calor y seguridad.

Nuestros cuidadores están haciendo todo lo posible, pero muchos ya están al límite en cuanto a la cantidad de gatos que pueden cuidar. Por eso pedimos tu ayuda. Si ves a un gato como este, considera adoptarlo y brindarle un hogar amoroso.

A beautiful calico girl has been abandoned in one of our cat colonies. She’s sweet, friendly, and doesn’t belong in a colony where she’s not accepted and faces possible injury. She’s desperate for a home—can you help us save her? Contact us at [email protected] to foster or adopt this sweet girl.

We are dedicated to helping street cats and work with Catnip, a charity that partners with town halls and cat caretakers to neuter, feed, and care for street cats. Sadly, some cats, once safe in a home, are abandoned in colonies, which is a dangerous fate. Colony members may reject them, leaving them to struggle for food and face threats from other animals.

While most colony cats are wary of humans, abandoned cats are desperate for affection and will approach caretakers in search of safety and love. They may even follow them home, hoping for warmth and care.

Our caretakers are stretched thin, often unable to take in more cats. That’s why we’re asking for your help. If you come across a cat like this one, please consider giving them a forever home.

💙Shelby💙 This beautiful chocolate brown Labrador cross is still waiting for a new home. He is in a lovely foster home but it’s time to go to his forever home. Shelby is almost 5 years old.
He’s a wonderful dog, always ready to fill the house with joy. He loves curling up on the couch, getting all the affection he can, and, of course, running and playing. It’s impossible not to fall in love with his sweet personality.
Shelby is incredibly friendly and adores being around people. He hasn’t been around small children, but he gets along beautifully with everyone he meets. He would make an incredible companion for anyone or a family with children over 12, whether with another dog or as the only pet. Meet these beautiful puppy girls😍 We trapped them last week. Lovely people were feeding them but because they were so scared it was not an easy job. Meet Vicky, Viv & Violet❤️ They are 11 weeks old. They were never in contact with humans so we are very busy to get them used to people and each day it goes better with little steps. Slowly slowly they understand that they are safe now and what love is😢 They are very brave and eating from our hands now. They will come sit on our lap for a nice treat. These puppies need love and affection. Each of these girls would benefit from a home where there is a lovely dog already in the house. Where they can learn even more from. 📣🙏 PLEASE HELP MOGGY!! We found Moggy wandering the streets covered in glue..he has been a loving cat that doesn't get phased by anything..soft and gentle..playable even..he lets you brush him, and in fact, I believe he thinks he is a dog. Growing up with three dogs has definitely had a good effect on him. For most of his life he has chosen to live outside..he has several beds..on each terrace yet we often find him nestled in a BBQ or on a climbing frame we have in the garden. Very adaptable and sociable he greets us with the dogs when we came in from an outing. He is also used to other cats but not seeming to relate to them as much. These colder nights he has come in to his bed by the fire. He also asks to go out when he needs to..just as the dogs do!

We have sold our house and were intending to drive our three rescue dogs and Moggy to the UK to our new home in a touring caravan. A dear friend was to re-home the delightful Moggy..but sadly has lost her battle against cancer, so we are at a loss as to what to do. Our plans have been thwarted about going back straight away as my hubby needs an op, and we are now going to have to rent an apartment here first. This has also been a trial to find somewhere that will let us bring our dogs..luckily found somewhere, but they say cats are not allowed.

So we are hoping..we have trust and faith that there is a caring person out there that is looking for a mature loving cat for a companion that can give Moggy the love and affection he deserves..in fact a home where he can be part of the family.

Where would we be without our fantastic dog walkers. They ensure that so many dogs get away from the shelter every day so they can get rid of their energy during a nice walk.
We have had so many volunteers lately who come every day to walk the dogs and that is fantastic. The more the better for the dogs.
Because this also means more work for the Team Leader, we would like to put out a call for volunteers who want to take on the role of dog walker coordinator. Of course you will get training first.

HELP!! An elderly woman can no longer care for all of the cats that she has rescued from the streets. As you may or may not know, many people dump cats in small villages and the cats who are used to human comforts look anywhere they can for help. This lovely woman opened her home and took care of these cats when no one else would and now she is unable to do so.
