🐾 Important Update for Our Boarding Clients 🐾
We regret to inform you that due to recent incidents where some owners have not returned to collect their dogs, we have been forced to implement some new policies.
As of today, all clients will now be required to provide:
🐾A copy of their (human) passport and NIE number
🐾A physical copy of their dog's passport
🐾 Full payment upfront on pets arrival
We understand this may be inconvenient for the majority of our wonderful clients, and we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, a few have taken advantage of our services, leaving us no choice but to ensure tighter security measures for the wellbeing of all dogs in our care & for us financially.
