UPDATE!!!

Hi everyone. People are asking if Nails'N'Tails is open again. Despite comments on Facebook, I can assure everyone it isn't.
I'm still unable to groom due to my on going Injury.
Rest assured, I will post here as soon as I'm up and running again.
It breaks my heart to let my furry family and their hooomans down I miss you all❤️

URGENT!

Has anyone lost this beautiful girl. I found her exhaused lying on the Campo on sector D. She's an older girl very friendly. She's safe with me but I have four dogs of my own so need to find her hooooman ASAP. Please share.

Hi, my furry friends and your hoomans.
I just wanted to let the nails'n'tails family know that unfortunately , I had an accident and broken my wrist last night and im in plaster. I will have to cancel all my appointments quite likely until the new year. I'm so sorry to let you down and appreciate some of you may have to go somewhere else. I just hope to see you back on the other side 💞

Yesterday I visited one of my happy places to help out with some grooming Noahs Arc kennels...Happy for me because I was surrounded by beautiful dogs. Not so happy for them. Although the kennels are fantastic and the dogs are well loved and looked after...sadly its not the forever home they all deserve. There are so many and need a loving home desperately ❤️ Zac and Julian both beautiful loving dogs

ROYALTY IN THE HOUSE!!
This week I've had the absolute honour and privilege to have three championship show dogs drop in for grooming. On Thursday Alvin and the girls today. They are Australian sheep dogs a breed I haven't come across before but they have absolutely stolen my heart❤️ The girls are going to Geneva to a world dog show next week and Neil and Angie (who are fabulous people)were not able to groom them for the show this time so trusted me to prepare them. Nerve wracking and after lots of research they are ready to go looking stunning if I say so myself. Angie and Neil are international judges and Angie has judged at crufts. Neil is also a qualified Groomer so no pressure😬🤣 Thank you so much for trusting me with your beautiful dogs. Good luck next week girls🤞🫶. Oh and even champions have to pee🤣

This stunning boy is Oreo. He's a McNab a breed I'd never even heard of. The McNab Dog, also called the McNab Shepherd or McNab Collie is a herding dog that originated in Hopland, Mendocino County, Northern California.

Last weekend we had Channel 5 filming with us for 3 days. We went into Noahs Arc shelter, one of the dog rescue charities to groom four dogs. What a fantastic shelter I was blown away. The dogs are loved, well looked after in a safe, spacious, and spotless environment. But a shelter, no matter how wonderful it is, is not where any dog should live their lives, they need a forever home to call their own. Hats of to all the volunteers in their different roles who do so much for the lost and abandoned dogs❤️👍

Just had to share these pictures. This is sweet pea a goat herding dog rescued from the side of the road in a terrible state skin and bone no hair and terrified of everything and everyone. She needed specialist care and training if she was ever going to overcome her fears and have a chance at a happy life with a loving home. Lisa who is a certified dog trainer at posidog training, fostered sweet pea (now failed foster mum I might add😄) she is still nervous but came for her very first grooming and was magnificent even enjoyed the fuss. Lucky girl she's gorgeous ❤️
