This little thing that looks like a star wars droid is a digital microscope that will reduce the waiting for results in some essential samples .
At the same time we want to apologise to our customers for all the inconveniences related with medicines and the mess with the pharmacy. We are doing the things as the government said, but veterinary depend on the agriculture ministry and pharmacy depend on the health ministry.......and they don't seem to be in the same planet !!!!

Sad experience today ,this gentle lad have been abandon in terrible state, took us nearly two hour a two vet to clean all the injuries that cover half of his body. Now is clean and ready to start the treatment and the recovering process at finca la castellana. With love and a bit of luck ,in a couple of months he will be like new

Not the Rolling Stones we love !! These beautiful cat came to the clinic a few day a go showing strange symptoms, after a medical check a big stone in the blader have been found that was producing a big discomfort. After the operation everything looks good and we are waiting to know the composition of the stone to choose the right treatment.

Hello everyone, this is an extract of the rectified information from the government that we revice yesterday afternoon, after our closing time , that change the previous information provided by them at the beginning of the year talking about the impossibility of treating animal without microchip .
A couple of minutes ago the mayor college of veterinary ratified this information. Now we can treat animal without microchip writing in the clinical history a description of the animal ,color ,size, special marks...and taking the details of someone that will be responble for that animal .
I want to make clear that information that we have been given to our clients was what the government gave us at the beginning of the year ,that we never agreed with it , that we will keep fighting for a better implementation of the law and that this information change yesterday .

Hello everyone, as probably we already mentioned to you, since January the 2nd, a few normative are starting to be mandatory in veterinary. Some of them are totally new and others have been there for a while.
The assignment from a vet of medicines for crónic problem or for problems that need medication for more than 2 o 3 days is "illegal ",doing it is no a decision, is forbidden. If there is other clinics are still doing it ,is their responsibility.
From Eduardo's Pets we will keep fighting against a law that we think is implemented in the wrong way ,but for the moment we need to follow the rules.

For example, if we do a sterilisation of a female dog ,we are allowed to give a few days of medication until you can get the rest from a normal pharmacy with a prescription.
And if your animal is suffering from a problem that will need medication for long terms ,the only way to get it is at the pharmacy with a prescription ,that in our particular case we buy them at the mayor college of veterinary

The risk of playing with cheap toys what you see is a piece of a rope from a cheap toy .these beautiful lady came to the clinic showing a tremendous stomachache, no eating, very sad . On the Xray we saw a shadow that shouldn't be there that later we confirmed with an ultra sound scan . After the operation she is happy and healthy

Hello everyone, following with the strange cases that we recive ,last Friday this beautiful fellow arrived to the clinic showing neurological symptoms and pain in the neck area . Maite suspecting that it wasn't a normal case ask for the collaboration of Jc1 to do a scan and finally we arrived to the diagnosis ," Chiari syndrome " is a condition in the neck bones that press the medulla producing the symptoms

Today we had to operate my own Dog "carlitos" .stones in the bladder, the stones can have different sizes, shapes ,colours and composition. The ones with star shape are the worst ones because they can easily get stacked in the urethra

Real bad luck!!! The beautiful fluffy girl arrived to the clinic yesterday after eating a piece of a sausage the was still covered by plastic and a big metal staple . Luckily, we have been able to remove it using the endoscopy system, before the foreign body produces massive problems.
She went home a couple of hours later, happy and moving her tail

Today, this beautiful guy visit us and reminded me a diagnosis that we did on him while ago, "displacia folicular por color" . Is a condition that some animal with a" blue color cape " can suffer. Is not very frequent but we already have two casses .

This little boy had eyes problems for a while. tears can not drain properly. Today finally we found the problem " atresia of the tears canal " .the canal was completely blocked. We hope that after surgery it gets better

We want to say a big" thank you " to all the people that show interest in these case . Unfortunately the bullet cause a big damage in the bone cracking it in many small pieces, but after a few hours operation we managed to make the leg stable enough to give the cat a possibility of recovering.
