A very sweet, caring young couple was having their holiday in Spain and we were recommended to them by their friend. They needed us to stay with their chiyorkies for few hours each day, so they can go out and enjoy their free time on their holiday. My loyal helper Kiku was babysitting them nicely, so we all enjoyed our time together.

How to make a booking request with "I CARE FOR PETS"?

👉Provide proof of ownership of your pet
👉 Provide up to date rabies vaccination
👉 Provide info about your pet (what pet, what kind/breed, how old)
👉 Disclose and discuss any behavioral or medical issues
👉 Provide drop off date & time, and pick up date & time

How do you know if your booking request is confirmed?

✴️You receive a written confirmation from us stating "I confirm ... (your pet's name) from ...(time and date) to ... (time and date) at ... (total cost)".

‼️IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR CONFIRMATION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED.

What are the cancellation terms?

🟠FROM US: 2 weeks for regular days and 3 weeks for Christmas/New Year season
🟠FROM YOU: 24 hours
🟠Deposit payment to guarantee space for Christmas/New Year season is non-refundable
