A person who meddles in matters that are none of his business. It's what you call a BUSYBODY

I.e Siempre que alguien pública algo comentando algún problema que sufre su perro, aparece el típico metomentodo que, de hecho, odia a los perros; para dar una opinión que a nadie interesa.
(Whenever someone posts something about a problem his/her dog suffers, the typical busybody (who, in fact, hates dogs) appears to give an opinion that nobody cares)

Do you know how dangerous could be taking your car to an amateur or a non-registered at the Social Security mechanic? Perhaps, in the short term, the repair will seem cheap, but since we're talking about an "illegal" mechanic, in case of problems, you will lose all your rights: The repair will not have a guarantee in case there is a new failure You will not be able to claim You will have to go to another mechanic to repair the damage caused by the amateur and at the end it will be more expensive A "legal" mechanic (self-employed and with a company registered in the Industrial Registry) has a series of Civil Liability insurance that will protect him and you. And... In the event of an accident, if the expert from the INSURANCE COMPANY finds out the cause is a bad repair by an illegal mechanic, all responsibility will fall on you.
As always, in the end what is cheap can turn expensive and the best is to go to a mechanic who has all the papers in order and, if possible, with a garage. The activity at the garage is classified as industrial and cannot be carried out on the street. There must be a place with the facilities duly adapted to the activity that is carried out, complying with the conditions established in the regulations that apply for safety and environmental reasons, among others.
