🐺 Day 13.-25. (first farm visit, mooving all the stuf from the container to the forest, forest workshop preparation, preparation of plywood for the making of dog houses, dog houses)

🐾 We welcomed the first clients from Belgium to the farm.
They came to cuddle with our dogs. It was a wonderfully spent 2 hours. Clients left dirty from dog hair but happy. 🐾🙂💙🐺

🐾 Because we needed unload all the stuf from the container 1.5 km from the place where the farm will be. All things had to be transported to the forest. Manually load and unload and so on. We will probably be Arnolds soon.. 🤪😂💪🙈
(plywood, fences, insulation etc.)

🐾 And of course, still we have dogs that we have to take care 24/7, so we have prepared a forest workshop where we will prepare all the plywood for the dog houses, right next to their free running area. So we can be with them all the time. 🌲💪🐾🐺🙂💙

🐾 We will need a lot of dog houses, so it means a lot of plywood needs to be prepare. Also needed to order the wood for the dog kennels.
We have all the plywood ready and we have also mastered one prototype of dog house. So now, build all of them, insulation and painting.

🐾 In our forest we have a lot of berries, but no time to pick them. So at least something small. 🫐🫐

🐺 Day 6.-12. (arrival to Kittilä, offices, free running area)

🐾 This year we are gona build a totally new kennel. 🐺💙
Its also why we were mooving our shiping container with a lot of stuf.
So it means that we have forest, pure beautiful forest, and we have to build there everythink until first snow will come - kennels for the dogs, dog houses, free running areas, trails for safaris, kota (small cottage with fireplace), storage, and some base for us. 🌲💪🐾🙈

🐾 Our base for now is Apartment. So of course we needed to pick up the keys and go to some offices. After that we were going to see our new beautiful place, in the middle of nowhere. 🐺🐾💙🌲

🐾 Of course, unpacking our stuf with dog helpers is also necessary. Furnishing the apartment etc. 🐺🛏️🪑
Also our shipping container arrived, but the local machine could not unload it, becuse it was too heavy, so first we had to unload all the things from the container. 🙈🙈🚚

🐾 Building a free running area for the dogs, is the most important thing what we needed to do. 🐾🐺 It’s done! ✅🐺 We are happy that almost all of our dogs can be running together without any problems.

🐾 For the dog training we needed to buy a small ATV and of course for the winter snowmobile. So driving 600km to Kajaani and back for these two machines.
We fulfilled that too. 😄🙈✅

Time to rest after a long journey here? It is not time for it and will not be in the near future.
But we don't mind. 😄🐾🐺💙🌲😍

🐾We decided that we will keep you informed what is going on our farm.🐾

🐺 Day 1.-6. (container loading, trip to finland)

🐾 Every year for us, the season starts with the fact that we have to move from our home (from the Czech Republic 🇨🇿) to second home - to Finland🇫🇮.
This year we have to move also our shipping container. So what all we are moving to finland?
1x 👫 2x 🚌 (one with trailer), 1x 🚚, 18x 🐺 and a lot of stuf.

🐾 When we finally pack all the stuf, our husky circus can go on a long journey (approx. 2500 km). Late as always .. 🙈😄 This part of the journey is the worst, we have to catch the night ferry from Germany (Rostock🇩🇪) to Sweden (Trelleborg🇸🇪).
When it looks like we will catch the ferry, 40 km before the port, our car with a trailer with dogs breaks down. Ok, so we missed the night ferry. 500€ wasted.. 🥺😫
The problem with the car was luckily solved and we have to wait for the ferry that leaves 7 hours later, in the morning. 🛳️ Finally on the ferry, we can rest a bit..😤

🐾 We get off the ferry and a long journey awaits us through Sweden and to Finland. With a trailer and dogs we don't go more than 80-90 km. Every 6-7 hours we stop for feeding, watering and feeding. 🐾🐺

🐾 Finally, after 5 days of driving, we are on the spot, in our beloved Finland, in Kittila. 💙🚌🐾🐺🇫🇮

We are Denisa & Jan and our furry small pack of “real” pure breed Siberian Huskies and 1 Alaskan Malamute. 🐾🐺💙

We are Mushers. YES! We Mush with our lovely dogs and we love it, and we would like to share our passion with YOU!💙😍🐾

We are originally from Czechia, but in Finland we are located in Lapland close to Levi Ski Resort and Kittilä airport. 🇫🇮🇨🇿❄️

Small amount of the dogs, we don't have hundreds of dogs and we never will. We dont want.
We will offer you a husky safari in a small or private group, up to 8 people.

We have wonderful life with our four-legged members of the family. 🐺💙
We are very social persons who enjoy working outside with dogs (YES, even in -30 ⛄️) and we love meeting a new people. 😬😍

Our main passion is the care and welfare of them.

Of course, every our dog has a name and individual personality. 🐺😘
All of our dogs are real (fluffy ones) Siberian Huskies. The closest relative of the wolfs, amazing working dogs, but also part of the family!

For us they are not just sled dogs - they are our life. They love to work, they love to run!🐺🐾
But also they love lots of cuddles and hugs every second.
Life with these amazing animals is everyday adventure.
