                                            Following our post re Verdi and her new Borrower home placement here is an explanation of the contract.
Borrower Contract.
Following several requests for information we are pinning this post to the top of our page.
Some of our rescued equines once rehabilited are able to go out on loan to new homes accompanied by a Borrower Contract.
The equine remains the property of our charity for life and the Borrower cares for them as though they are their own, whilst with the borrower all costs are paid by the borrower ie vet fees, farrier, feed etc.
Once on loan they cannot be placed with another family or sold and if circumstances change they must be returned to Alloue Equine Rescue.
We carry out a home check before placing an equine and also visit them whilst they are out on loan.
We charge a one off fee at the beginning of each loan as follows ;
A non ridden horse/pony/donkey or mule is €250 per animal.
A ridden horse/pony/donkey or mule is €450 Per animal.
The transportation of the equine is at the Borrower's expense.
If you would like more information please message us.
Thank you
