Here we have the wonderful Rusty, who wanted to look good before meeting his new baby Sister ( photos soon). It's very tiring getting sprussed up. 😂
Ici, nous avons le merveilleux Rusty, qui voulait se faire beau avant de rencontrer sa nouvelle petite sœur (photos à venir).
C'est très fatigant de faire le ménage.😂

Finally back to work. Although not full time yet, books are now open again.
Here are the wonderful Mabel and Bramble. One just a good de shed and brush out and the other a good clip off.
Both were such good girls for my fist groom after nearly 6 months off with a wrist injury. 😊
Je me suis enfin remis au travail. Même si ce n'est pas encore à plein temps, les livres sont de nouveau ouverts.
Voici les merveilleuses Mabel et Bramble. L'une a juste eu droit à une bonne mue et à un bon brossage et l'autre à une bonne tonte.
Les deux ont été très gentilles pour mon premier toilettage après presque 6 mois d'absence à cause d'une blessure au poignet 😊

First apologies for not posting anything while I have been off work.
You will know that I broke my wrist at the beginning of April, well sadly the saga hasn't ended.
Two weeks ago today I had the cast removed and was totally over the moon, although I knew I still had three weeks of physio to do. Well on the Friday, two days later while walking my dogs they tripped me up and I broke the same wrist again. Went to Confolens Urgence and ended up in plaster again.
Today I had to go to Montmorillon for my check up as I couldn't get into Confolens until the middle of June.
They re x-rayed me and when I saw the doctor he wasn't too happy with Confolens hospital as I should have had it operated on straight away.
Now I am going back to Montmorillon on Monday to have it rebroken and they are going to try and fix it so I have full mobility again and it's not wonky.
Another two months of work, I am so sorry for letting everyone fown😭

Je tiens tout d'abord à m'excuser de n'avoir rien posté pendant mon arrêt de travail.
Vous savez que je me suis cassé le poignet au début du mois d'avril, et malheureusement la saga n'est pas terminée.
Il y a deux semaines aujourd'hui, on m'a enlevé le plâtre et j'étais aux anges, même si je savais que j'avais encore trois semaines de physio à faire. Le vendredi, deux jours plus t**d, alors que je promenais mes chiens, ils m'ont fait trébucher et je me suis à nouveau cassé le même poignet. Je suis allée à Confolens Urgence et je me suis retrouvée à nouveau dans le plâtre.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai dû aller à Montmorillon pour un contrôle car je ne pouvais pas aller à Confolens avant la mi-juin.
Ils m'ont refait une radiographie et quand j'ai vu le médecin, il n'était pas très content de l'hôpital de Confolens car j'aurais dû me faire opérer tout de suite.
Je retourne à Montmorillon lundi pour qu'on me la refasse et qu'on essaie de la réparer pour que je retrouve toute ma mobilité et qu'elle ne soit pas tordue.
Encore deux mois de travail, je suis vraiment désolée d'avoir laissé tomber tout le monde😭.

So unfortunately I have had a bit of an accident and broken my wrist.
For everyone who has already booked I am contacting you directly and giving you details of other dog groomers who I think are suitable for your dogs.
For anyone who hasn't booked yet and was thinking about it, if you want to message me I can give you details of these groomers.
I am sorry to be letting you down , but unfortunately this plaster is apparently going to be on me for the next two months 😭

Malheureusement, j'ai eu un accident et je me suis cassé le poignet.
Pour tous ceux qui ont déjà réservé, je vous contacte directement et vous donne des détails sur d'autres toiletteurs pour chiens qui, selon moi, conviennent à vos chiens.

Another little old girl who basically needs to get groomed quickly as not to stress her out too much, she doesn't even get a bath the same day as finds it too much.
As you know my work ethic is that the dogs welfare comes first.
Une autre petite fille âgée qui a besoin d'être toilettée rapidement pour ne pas trop la stresser, elle n'a même pas de bain le même jour car elle trouve cela trop important.
Comme vous le savez, mon éthique de travail est que le bien-être du chien passe avant tout.
