Prices and Booking Conditions for La Teillais Holiday Cottage 2015 £500 per week - High Season :July, August and Easter. £400 per week - Mid Season :Easter to June and September. £350 per week - Low Season :October to Easter. £100 Non refundable deposit, with balance to be paid 8 weeks before rental date. £100 Damage deposit, minus deduction for breakages/damage (if any) will be returned within 2 weeks of departure date. Option of a "Final Clean" £35. Longer low season lets are available at reduced rental rates. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Booking Details After confirmation of your request, you will be emailed or posted a Booking Form, which should be completed and returned by email or post, as soon as possible. Please include your deposit, bank transfer or cheque of £100. made payable to Mrs Jane Raine, which will secure your booking. Full balance is required 8 weeks before your arrival when payment should be made by bank transfer or sterling cheque. This payment should include £100 or a separate cheque for £100 as a security/goodhousekeeping deposit, which will be returned to your home address after your holiday, less the cost of any damage incurred. On receiving your balance an email or receipt will be issued to notify safe arrival of your payment, with route details, if required. The cottage can be reserved for a minimum duration of one week, and any number of weeks throughout the year subject to availability. Arrangements can be made for shorter or longer stays with different arrival and departure days and times if preferred. Beds are made up for your arrival with duvets and covers, bottom sheets, pillows and pillow slips. Towels and Tea Towels are provided. The cottage is cleaned before your arrival and you are kindly requested to leave the cottage in a similar manner. Alternatively a final clean costs £35. The cottage has satellite television, dvd player and radio/cd player and a selection of books, dvd films, board games and puzzles. There is a welcome pack of "essentials". You will find in the cottage a folder with publicity on places of interest and local events. If needed, more information, advice, shopping and help with the French language are available. Sorry, Pets are not allowed. You may like to arrange holiday insurance against cancellation of your holiday and take out personal travel/cancellation insurance and car breakdown insurance. Don't forget your EHIC card and car documentation, insurance certificate and driving licence. If, due to unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel your booking please email as soon as possible, if the cottage is re-let money will be returned to you.
