Enfant et Lapin

Enfant et Lapin is a boutique clothing company whose atelier was opened by Sylvie Tabutiaux in 2010. Since it first opened, Sylvie and her creations have increased in demand throughout the Provence area of France and now to London, UK in particular. We are committed to making animal-friendly, ethical clothing at our atelier in Provence. We raise our rabbits and let them run around at their hearts

delight. Angora rabbits are known for their long fur. When the fur gets long enough, we use trimmers to remove the excess fur. This is then used to produce the angora yarn – made by us – which our clothes are made from. After each ‘haircut’, our rabbits continue to hop and play around the atelier. We only use traditional weaving methods to make our clothing. Each step is done by hand until the final product is made. Enfant et Lapin has recently started selling our products in UK because of increased interest in our traditional methods for using angora fur. At the moment, we only sell through our online shop at Etsy.com due to the exclusive selection we have for distribution in the UK.
