Musk is a young Labrador with lots of energy!
A few weeks ago, he was still a very strong puller, not mentioning rushing and jumping people, chasing animals (cats, birds, lizards...) and more!
Slowly but surely his pawrents, with my guidance, are teaching him to behave in a calmer way while on leash.
This video was shot in the "front yard" of Pet Homies doggy daycare.

Good day everyone!
Today let's talk about reliable RECALL and PATIENCE. 😁
For your dog to have a good recall, it takes time, practice and more importantly patience.
Set up your pup for success, don't go too fast, don't make it too hard. Do it step by step, be patient.
Always train in a low-distraction environment first, like your house or garden. You can't expect your dog to come back when surrounded by other dogs in a park, if he doesn't even come when you call him in your living room.

Here is a video of Crazy Little Tutti 😆, practicing her recall around other dogs and learning to stay calm. You have to know, there's no secrets : her recall and stay cues are excellent in low-distraction environments. It will take time for her to be excellent as well when surrounded by dogs but, we are practicing and we are patient. That's what it takes to get a reliable recall. Enjoy! 🙃
