Agnes enjoyed her equestrian holidays in Normandy on Icelandic horses:
"We had a great time there with Patrice and Mathilde. Despite the difficulty with speaking to each other, we managed to communicate pretty well. The stable and tacks were in good shape and the Icelandic horses were adorable and gentle. Patrice is a great cook with good taste of food choice. Even the baguette he bought was better than Paris's. He introduced us some aperitifs (don't even know what the name) that I HAD to search when I came back to Hong Kong. He cooked like a professional cook and I miss his food as much as the journey. Thank you. Will definitely come again."

Nora is back from our equestrian trail in Lot Vineyards:
"Loved every minute on the horses ; horses were lovely, well trained, in great condition and had no issues for the entire trip. Saddles were extremely comfortable for long-distance riding.
The guide spoke English very well, easy to understand and communicate with; the cook is great and a good conversationalist. All meals were full of variety and flavor. Both the guide and the cook were very professional. Guest houses we stayed in were all unique, interesting, clean and comfortable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our entire trip as well as the guide and the cook's company. It is absolutely the best way to visit a country!"
