If you feel it is too hot for you to travel with your dogs please let me know and we can reschedule.
If the salon gets to warm please note we will be closing for safety and will contact you to rearrange your appointment.
Your dogs aswell as your welfare and safety are our priority in the heat.

This is not post im particularly comfortable writing. I have had a few no shows recently.
I have a great software system that sends confirmation of your appt .
You will then be sent a reminder nearer your appt day. If you dont show it sends a message asking if everything is ok. So there are 3 opportunities to contact me .
As of August the 1st anyone who MISSES an appointment without contacting me will be asked to pay 50% of the missed groom before they can rebook.
I understand things happen in life and it can get complicated sometimes but sending a small text to say you can't make the appt allows me to offer that space to someone else .

I was in town yesterday and the amount of dogs I saw the short time I was there was irresponsible.
When the weather is hot we wear hats and shoes please remember you dogs don't.

Their pads are in direct contact with the hot pavements so please don't take your dogs out in the extreme heat as this could be the end result .

Dogs cannot regulate their body temperature as they don't sweat like humans so you are putting your dogs at risk of heatstroke ,which if not delt with quickly can have some devastating endings .

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS OUT IN THIS EXTREAM HEAT 🐾

Greeting my wonderful customers, friends, visitors and your beautiful pups.

I have taken the decision to close the salon tomorrow

The equipment i use generates heat which, in current conditions, will only serve to make the salon an uncomfortable place for your fur babies.

The health and wellbeing of my visiting poochies is my priority
I believe this current weather is due to break on Wednesday, in which case it will be buisness as usual .

I will keep you all informed .
