Happy new year to all of our customers! We look forward to seeing you all when we are back to the grind from Wednesday 3rd January - usual opening hours.

Deliveries will be available this WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY.

However, as most of you know from next Monday 8th January we will be short staffed until further notice and there will be NO DELIVERIES until further notice until Callum has made a full recovery from his operation.

If you can collect for the time being please do, as we can’t confirm a date when deliveries will be running as they usually do just yet as the last thing we want is to be messing anyone around.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused, fingers crossed we’l be back to normal soon enough.

Wow!! What a week, it has been amazing the last 4 months after our big move to our new shop seeing so many new & regular faces come through the doors supporting us week in week out, but this week was something else and it really hasn’t gone unnoticed.

We’ve been truly spoilt, so many gifts, tips & thank you’s and we would just like to say a massive thank you to all of you,

Polite reminder to customers about used goods from the store..

Refunds and exchanges are always welcome however if the goods have been opened tried and tested we CANNOT accept them back because your animals won’t eat them.

With natural dog treats that have been bought, these are non refundable items that cannot be sold on due to the possibility of cross contamination and putting animal welfare FIRST.

DO NOT come into store being rude and acting aggressive because of this, it will not be tolerated and you will not be welcome to shop here.
