We love welcoming dogs to our counter, as well as most other traders (where practical), but as all pet owners know, accidents can happen! If your dog has a little mishap (1 or 2), please don’t be embarrassed. We have got our own cleaning supplies on hand (disinfectant, kitchen roll, and poo bags). All we ask is please keep a close eye on your dog, and should you need any supplies, please ask at the counter and we can help.

Unfortunately, we have had a couple of incidents over the last few weeks of some visitors relieving themselves on the corner of several stalls - whilst this is a natural response, please be mindful that this is someone's business, stock and livelihood, and not nice for shoppers to have to experience and for children and vulnerable people to be around. So please, make an effort to try and clean it as soon as you can!

Please help us keep our Market clean and safe, so we can continue to welcome your furry companions. Thank for your understanding!

HOWEVER, 9 times out of 10, you will get a response out of hours, if we can indeed answer. This is part and parcel of us offering such a personalised service, and we do our utmost to be as helpful as physically possible!
🟡 The shop closes at 5p.m., then we are delivering until 7p.m. 🚗 This is 6 days a week. So, for this reason alone we may not be able to safely answer any calls made after 5p.m. Please feel free to leave a voicemail.
🟡 If for whatever reason you have not had a response within the first couple of hours during the next WORKING DAY, please reach out again, in case we have missed it! We have no intention of letting anyone down, and our reputation will speak volumes on our reliability and services we provide to both new and returning customers. We will never be offended.
