As 2024 draws to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over the last year! Every like, follow, and share never goes unnoticed *does little dance*, and that's just from our socials. We appreciate every single one of you! 🫶

A heartfelt thank you to those whom ever so kindly gave us cards and gifts over the festive season! And indeed special thanks to all of you who help us continue to support the causes closest to our hearts! You guys are epic beyond words!

2025 means we are going in to our 10th year of trading! 🫨 Whilst it's been a trying journey some years, we have loved that so many of you have stayed with us throughout!
We look forward to what this year has to bring, and can't wait to continue to serve you all, share advice, partake in banter, and engage with lifes ups and downs of our little pet-shop community! 💙

Going in to the New Year, we are changing up our delivery service slightly! Please take a minute to read the changes below. 🙂

🚗💨 Did you know we offer a delivery service locally EVERY DAY after the shop closes if you can't get to us during working hours, or just need help getting your items home? 🚗💨

🔵All deliveries after 5p.m. until 7p.m.
🔵Minimum spend is £10.00.
🔵FREE delivery.*
🔵Last orders for same day drop is 4:00p.m.
🔵Order via page, phone, text, or WhatsApp.
🔵Cash, Card or PayPal payments accepted.
🔵Deliveries up as far as Rhigos/Penderyn, and down to Penrhiwceiber, and all in-between.
🔵Afternoon deliveries may be available on certain days - please ask for more information.
🔵As soon as we are fully booked, this will be posted via social media.

*We do our utmost to work around you on our route. If we fail to get a response at the door on the designated evening for delivery, a re-delivery on the next available evening, will incur a cost of £2.00.

(We are unfortunately not able to add to said order for those who missed out, as we will be placed at the back of the queue and not guaranteed the delivery as promised.)

We want to send a heartfelt thank you to Hope Rescue for sending us such a personal Christmas Card today! It means so much for us and all our customers to be recognised for the support to this amazing cause. Sue and her team work tirelessly not only running a business, but rehoming and rehabilitating dogs that have been let down by "owners" and other institutions alike. Those that are unable to be adopted will live out their best life at the centre as part of the family. 🫶

If anyone would like to contribute to this amazing cause, please feel free to drop off to the shop, any day from now until December (date TBC).
Happy to collect on our delivery rounds too!
We will do a drop off just in time for Christmas!
