What a first week back 😮‍💨
Minus 3 cancellations due to the weather, this was a super busy week back and it feels great to be back! Super happy to be catching up with clients and welcoming new clients with some individual dogs and some lovely duos to welcome to the team 👏🏼

Firstly, got a catch up and the first training session of this girls plan, she absolutely smashed the impulse control and the beginning of settle training 💜
Next up, the gorgeous duo, these two were in for their first session and they both did so well 💜💙
The handsome Miniature Schnauzer is joining the training team, he’s beaming with personality 🌟
The handsome Cockapoo was in for his consultation, another newbie to the team 🌟
The handsome GSG was in for his first training session of his plan where we introduced some methods to change the negative association he has to dogs to a positive, as well as an introduction to loose lead walking 💙
The handsome chocolate Lab was in for his second session, he is such a character and he is thriving with his training so far 💙
The gorgeous duo, the Cavapoo and the Cavapoochon are joining the training team 🌟
The two miniature Schnauzers are joining the training team, this is a super interesting case for me and I can’t wait to see what we achieve 🌟
The gorgeous Cavapoo was in for another session, we were working on neutrality around other dogs and her loose lead in new environments 💜
The handsome Corgi was in for his first session where we focussed on introducing some basics and some methods to change the negative association he has to dogs, into a positive 💙
Finally, the handsome Lab has joined the training team, he has grown up around JRT’s, so he follows through with the Terrier kill shake which is funny to watch, he has definitely learnt behaviours from his older sisters 🌟

Can’t help myself, worked yesterday to fit some of my lovely clients in and they all did so well 🫶🏼

I had the lovely cockapoo, the lovely frenchie, the handsome GSD and I met this lovely puppy who belongs to a friend of mine who I haven’t seen in ages!

And our HQ have moved! 🏡As of today, I am officially a home owner, after months of stress, KK9T have a new headquarters!...

And our HQ have moved! 🏡
As of today, I am officially a home owner, after months of stress, KK9T have a new headquarters!

This does come with a slight change and after now being a qualified Canine Behaviour Technician, I need time settle and take time to adjust to living on my own, in my own home, with my girls, and delve further into the behaviour side of things, therefore, I will no longer be offering home boarding for the foreseeable.
I will be back boarding, but for now, I have surrendered my boarding license.

Have a wonderful Christmas, and I’ll see you all in the new year once I’m settled into my new home 🫶🏼

What a week so far!
My regular two group walk dudes sitting all nicely for their photo on their walkies 💙
Then my training walk guy who’s absolutely thriving 💙
Of course my gorgeous boarded girl 💜
Then the handsome Romanian rescue who is making good progress with training 💙
I met the gorgeous chocolate lab who is joining the training team, he is absolutely gorgeous 🌟
The gorgeous Springer is absolutely thriving beyond belief since starting her training journey, her confidence has grown so much, so much so she’s behaving like a puppy again 💜
I then met the two gorgeous sisters, the Cavapoo and the rescued Chi cross on Monday for their consultation, we then had their first session yesterday and I’m blown away with how intelligent these two girls are 🌟🌟
Lastly, the handsome GSD had his consultation and he will be joining the training team, I cannot wait to see what we achieve with this handsome chap 🌟

AND I AM QUALIFIED 👏🏼👏🏼
This course has been so much hard work, there have been so many late nights spent studying, many tears shed and so much hard work, but it’s finally all come together and I am a qualified Canine Training Instructor AND a qualified Canine Behaviour Technician through PACT 👏🏼👏🏼
Awaiting the final part to get my ABTC registration for my ABT on top of my ATI but this will come in the new year. Lots of positive changes coming 😁

Hello training team 😍

Firstly today was the gorgeous lab, she is absolutely smashing her training and doing really well! Today we introduced some games to give her an outlet for prey drive, and she was absolutely loving it! Her pawrents were super kind and gave me a little Christmas present which was so lovely, felt so bizarre saying “see you next year” at the end of our session today! 💜
Then I met these two gorgeous Pugs, the little miss on the right hand side underwent her consultation today to join the training team, her face has trouble written all over it, doesn’t it? 😉
She is absolutely full of life and a bundle of energy, I can’t wait to get this girl started ⭐️💜

Mondays training team 🙌🏼
The handsome Goldendoodle was in for his training walks (there is still 1 available space for these starting in the new year), and he is doing so well; he was a little wild today and thought he could fly with the birds, but we managed to get engagement back beautifully by the end 💙
Then the gorgeous Springer Spaniel, I CANNOT believe the difference in her since I saw her two weeks ago, we are working on her confidence and encouraging her to be more confident, and my goodness, we are achieving that with flying colours, she is absolutely THRIVING 💜
Then finally the beautiful and gentle Greyhound, this girl is absolutely nailing everything with her training, she is doing so well and going from strength to strength, super star 💜

Some of the training team that managed to go ahead considering the weather last week ❄️🥶
I did forget to take a picture of two gorgeous girls, one is a springer spaniel who is joining the training team and then another gorgeous Daschund girl who is also joining the training team 💜

The gorgeous frenchie was in for her first training session of her bespoke plan, she is super clever and is picking things up quickly!💜
Then the gorgeous Lab, she was in for a walk and train session to work on what we have already implemented during our sessions, she is thriving 💜
Then the handsome kelpie and his handsome collie brother were in for their first session of their bespoke plan, these two are a funny duo 💙
The handsome staffy cross was in for a training session where we were reviewing everything we’ve worked on and working out some adjustments to his training moving forward 💙
The handsome Goldendoodle was in for his training walks and he is doing so well with these 💙
Then the handsome Romanian rescue was in for his first training session, this guy has taken a bit of a confidence knock so we are slowly easing him back into things and he did very well, he’s definitely an intelligent guy 💙

🌟 AVAILABILITY 🌟

Due to one of my regular training clients moving away, I now have an available space for a new training walk client.
This space is a 2 day a week space, however, I would be open to having 2 clients that would like a 1 day a week training walk.
Training walks are perfect for those people who are looking for their dog to be walked, but these dogs need some more attention that just having a regular walk.
This is a service that is convenient for you as the owner and it is ideal for those dogs who need a little extra attention on their walks for any or all of the following reasons (but not limited to) -
- Loose lead walking.
- Over excitement when seeing other dogs and people.
- Attention on the handler.
- More mental and physical stimulation.

I have been working with this boy since he was around 12 weeks old, he is now just over a year old 🫶🏼 He has been going through adolescence recently which has been testing for patience levels, however, we haven’t stopped training because of it. With hard work from his owners, perseverance, patience, and force free, positive reinforcement methods, we are getting back on track 💙
