Appreciation post for our dog Gino who can now show off his loose lead walking in a pretty low distraction area 🥳 (I am not asking for a heel or for him to walk at a certain side, this is why the loose slip lead is so important as any tension on the side its not set up for can cause too much tightening around the neck)
He's been getting on SO well in these past 10/12 weeks that he's been with us. What a difference!!
Today he is being walked on just his slip lead, which he has recently graduated to from his figure of 8 which we found was the best way to manage him in certain areas up until now! 😅 Hard work does pay off! 👏 Very well done, pup 🥰

Whichever way you say it, this game is fantastic for calming dogs and encouraging sniffing which also tires them out at the same time! It's a great reset for dogs when they get a little over excited with the environment they are in, or to grab focus before moving off again.
All the dogs in our pack get to play this game so feel free to try this out on your own walks and watch how much they love it!!!

Our beautiful boy, the face of our brand and the reason we started up this business had to say goodbye to this world on Saturday morning. We are both absolutely heart broken without our sidekick.
Obviously we will be a little emotional these next few weeks, but we will make sure to give all your dogs and of course all of Bruno's besties some extra love 💚 Especially the pups in the video below who all behaved exceptionally well while we tried to do our best to keep him comfortable and get him to the vet.

Stay vigilant, and watch out for these rip currents. DO NOT let your dogs or kids enter the water near a rip current as even the strongest swimmer can find themselves being swept out to sea!! 🌊

PSA 🔊: This is why NOT to use laser pointers with your dogs. They get obsessed because they can't ever "catch" the laser.
There is much more rewarding games to play where your pup gets the satisfaction of the catch! Give flirt pole a try for a similar task.
