Dear customer new and existing: pls call me to confirm your booking. My online booking system is not synchronised with my telephone calendar. You need to call and check if the day you need, I am not busy! Some customers call me directly and overide the webside calendar.

Sunny: first cut. I will not abandon her, even though it took me hours to groom her properly. 🥰🤗

Yesterday I groomed Sunny from 10.30 to 8 pm. She had pup hair and very matted. I wanted to spent time with her, to ensure her next coat was nice, easy to brush and would not cause her pain. Because of this I lost 2 customers: one didn't understand why I had to reschedule yesterday's appointment and the other went to another groomer because I didn't reply to her messages straight away. On top of that, a tourist damaged my LHS van mirror during the groom. Today I slept up to 10 am, because I was tired.

To all the new and old customers, who decide to go to another groomer, regardless how much priority I have them in the past, I would like to give them some advice; make sure that groomer is trained and certified to be a dog groomer, not just training on the job. Also make sure that they have First Aid Training (like me) to know what to do in case an accident happens.
